Noida: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, a distinguished media personality and Chancellor of AAFT University, has been appointed as Commissioner International for the Hindustan Scouts and Guides Association, marking a significant milestone in his commitment to fostering youth development and community engagement. Leveraging his extensive experience and expertise, Dr. Marwah has co-opted a dynamic team from the educational institutions under his leadership to support the association’s endeavors.

In assuming his new role, Dr. Sandeep Marwah outlined his ambitious vision to bolster the Hindustan Scouts and Guides Association by enrolling 5000 students and recruiting 100 senior scout leaders, aiming to transform it into a vibrant and influential organization in the country. Mumbai: Renowned international film & media personality Dr. Sandeep Marwah congratulated    people of India on the 75th Independence Day of Republic of India while talking to the press during his visit to Mumbai on 15th August.

“We have come a long way. India has created a wonderful position for itself in every possible segment of life. The presence of India in all the continents of the World is enormous. This can be very well felt when you are in any other country of the World. Indians are now treated as the genius, hardworking and innovative people,” said Dr Sandeep Marwah mentioning the growth of the country in many strata of life.

“I am happy that New Education Policy now is going to bring a massive change into the education system. Most of the things are already Part of the established ways of working of AAFT-Asan Academy of Film And Television an International Seat of Learning and a case study in 27 Countries of the World,” added Marwah.

“This is going to be the revival of the youngest uniformed body- Scouts and Guides Organization in India. In total we are more than five million enrolments in scouts and guides. We will take it now to double the strength of ten million in few years,” expressed Marwah.

The Scouts and Guide Organization aims to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual potentials as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of the local, national and international communities.

Panaji: Chief Scout For India Sandeep Marwah visited the capital of the state of Goa to see how can a national level event i.e. Camping for the scouts and guides of different schools of India be organised after the effects of pandemic are over.

“I am here at Panaji Goa to see for myself how we can organise a national level event for the scouts and guides keeping social distance and norms of pandemic into consideration only after the things are normal in India. But it needs a planning and designing of few months,” said Sandeep Marwah CSFI talking to the press at Vinaar La Maroma Estate Villas Anjuna North Goa.

“There are around 50 lakh scouts and guides in India in different schools.  keeping new Education Policy in mind which encourages the activities at school, it is necessary to have some high profiled events to built up confidence and smart training for the young Indians, the youngest uniform body of the country,” added Sandeep Marwah.

The Mission of Scouting and Guiding is to contribute to the education of young people, through a value system based on the Scout Promise and Law, to help build a better world where people are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society.

Noida: Netaji Jayanti, also known as “Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Jayanti” or officially “Parakram Divas” (Day of Valour), is a national event celebrated in India to mark the birthday of a prominent Indian freedom fighter Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. It is celebrated annually on 23 January.

He played a pivotal role in Indian Independence Movement.  He was the head of Indian National Army (Azad Hind Fouj). He was the founder-head of the Azad Hind Government.

The birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, on January 23, will be celebrated as ‘Parakram Diwas’ every year, the Ministry of Culture announced on Tuesday. Earlier this month, the Ministry of Culture held a high-level committee, headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to commemorate the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose in a befitting manner.

“We have formed  Neta Ji Forum at AAFT University to motivate the young people of India and inculcate  feelings of patriotism in them. The forum was initiated by Brigadier (retired) R.S. Chikara executive Vice Chairman of Neta Subhash Chandra Bose Trust,” said Sandeep Marwah Chief Scout For India in a small function at AAFT to celebrate the birth anniversary of Bose.

New Delhi: National Youth Day is celebrated on 12 January being the birthday of Swami Vivekanand, one of India’s greatest spiritual and social leaders. In 1984 the Government of India declared this day as National Youth Day and since 1985 the event is celebrated in India every year.

“Swami saw hope for the future in every child and believed that with “muscles of iron” and “nerves of steel” they could bring about social change. Swami himself personified the eternal energy of the youth and a restless quest for truth. Today, almost 50 percent of India’s population is under the age of 25. The future of the country rides on their shoulders- making celebrations that empower young people so important,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media Arts in a webinar to celebrate National Youth Day.

“Swami Vivekananda propounded the importance of Education in building a nation. He believed that education was the primary means to empowering people. He specially emphasized on education being relevant to the common masses,” added Dr. Marwah who is also Chief Scout For India.

National Youth Day creates awareness and provides knowledge about the rights of people in India. It is a day to educate people to behave properly in the country. The main objective behind the celebration is to make a better future of the country by motivating the youths and spreading the ideas of the Swami Vivekananda. National Youth Day is also famous as Yuva Diwas.

New Delhi: “Sports not only gives you strength to live happily sports teaches you enough how to live in the society and is the basis of carving out a perfect human being out of us,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and World Record Holder in Sports at Global Sports Summit organized by Indian Golf Circuit under the leadership of Vijay Bhagatram.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah is associated with large number of sports organizations including Indian Basketball Association, National Footvolley Federation, Federation of Pithoo Associations, Boxing Association of India, Students Football Federation and Indian Sports And Cultural Society.

During 2010 Dr. Marwah created a world record for himself when he covered Queens Baton Relay right from Wagah border to Nehru Stadium covering 28 States 5 Union Territory 300 Events 900 Cities and clicked 10,000 pictures 1000 hour of film making 102 short films 102 radio programs in 102 days. The opening film of the games was made by Marwah Studios and he himself ran with the baton from Jaipur to Delhi one out of the 900 sports persons selected by Commonwealth Games 2010 Delhi.

Sandeep Marwah is the President of National Sports event ATHELEMA promoted by his institution Asian Business School. It’s a annual event of three days where more than 2000 athletes participated in eight different games.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah is the brand Ambassador of FIT INDIA movement. He has also promoting games with Scouts and Guides Organization in the country. Recently he is preparing to open a school of Health and Wellness.

Noida: Vijay Diwas is commemorated every 16th December in India to observe Bangladesh’s victory over Pakistan in War of 1971 for the liberation of Bangladesh from Pakistan. The end of the war also resulted in the unilateral and unconditional surrender of the Pakistan Army and subsequent secession of East Pakistan into Bangladesh.

Noida: The Armed Forces Flag Day or the Flag Day of India is a day dedicated to India towards collection of funds from people of India for the welfare of the Indian Armed Forces Personnel. It has been observed annually in India on December 7 since 1949.[1] Over the years, it has become a tradition to commemorate this day as an honour to the soldiers, sailors and airmen of India.

“Immediately after India achieved independence, a need arose for the government to manage the welfare of its defence personnel. On August 28, 1949, a committee set up under the defence minister decided to observe a Flag Day annually on December 7. The idea behind observing a Flag Day was to distribute small flags to the general population and in return collect donations. Flag Day gains more significance as it considers that it is the responsibility of the civilian population of India to take care of the families and dependents of the armed forces personnel who fight for the country,” informed Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chief Scout For India in a seminar addressing media students from all over India.

The Flag day is mainly observed to serve three basic purposes, rehabilitation of battle casualties, welfare of serving personnel and their families and resettlement and welfare of ex-servicemen and their families.

Noida: All the activities at Marwah Studios associated with disabilities, special children and any other section of society which needs these kinds of supports shall be roped in this organization called KOSHISH-SAHYOG informed Dr. Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios who has been involved with society welfare from a long time.

Sandeep Marwah has been involved with making of special cinema where films are made on some achievers who have done extra ordinary well even though they have been discarded by the society because of disability. He has been conducting a film festival of films on disability now for more than twenty-five years. Special screenings are done with every batch of AAFT to sensitize the students of the institution.

The most popular international film festival-Global Film Festival Noida has a section every year to showcase films on disability from last thirteen years. Every college of AAFT University is somewhere or other involved with this department to create awareness about the subject.

Radio Noida 107.4Fm under the President ship of Sandeep Marwah broadcast weekly programs on special people and MSTV has also been broadcasting films on disability frequently. Marwah Studios has been conducting workshops, seminars, talks, interactions, exhibitions related to the subject of disability.

Marwah Studios has also adopted two schools of special Children Prayatan in Delhi and Dehradun. Sandeep Marwah is also Patron to Vihan organization run by Varija Bajaj.

United Nations honoured Marwah for his contribution to social upliftment including contribution to Special people. Marwah is also the part of Special Olympics and associated with large such organizations.

NOIDA: Children’s Day is celebrated on November 14 every year with much fun and frolic across India. The day commemorates the birth anniversary of the first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru who was born on November 14, 1889.

“Success is the ability to move from one failure to another without losing the enthusiasm, that should be the mantra for all the young students. It is important for young students to get involved with different arts, as it develops the overall personality of the child,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University in a webinar to inaugurate 15 days long art and culture festival designed by RootSkills by Bhavisha Budhadeo.

“Every student should be part of Scout & Guide Program at School. The Mission of Scouting and Guiding is to contribute to the education of young people, through a value system based on the Scout Promise and Law, to help build a better world where people are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society.

The Scouting program has three specific objectives, commonly referred to as the “Aims of Scouting.” They are character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness. The methods by which the aims are achieved are listed below in random order to emphasize the equal importance of each.

London: “It has been more than 30 years we are promoting art and culture including films, television, media, education and tourism. We have always believed that you can bring love, peace and unity through art and culture. Seven thousand events we have created with a bye line stating the same,” said Sandeep Marwah in conversation with the members of Sanskruti Centre for Culture Excellence, London and Root Skills India.

Sandeep Marwah Founder of Noida Film City, Marwah Studios and AAFT University was invited by a well-known art promotion association of London- Sanskruti Centre for Culture Excellence for a motivational talk and to speak about his journey in art and culture field.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah spoke about his deep involvement in all fine arts and performing arts and offered talented people to come forward. He also proposed coverage of artist from London on radio Noida and MSTV. Dr. Marwah invited art lovers to be part of four major international events of Marwah Studios including Global Film Festival, Global Festival of Journalism, Global Literary Festival and Global Fashion Week.

The talk was followed by question answer session by the residents of London and lovers of art, where President of the organization Raghasudha Vinjamuri introduced Dr. Marwah to the audience, Bhavisha Buddhadeo founder CEO Rootskills paid vote of thanks.

New Delhi: “There was a deep requirement of Coordination, consolidation, synchronization and amalgamation of complete education system in India right from the beginning level to higher education, this New Education Policy is going to bring a new enthusiasm in the whole system,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts in a state level webinar organized by The Scout Guide Organization Karnataka. 

 

“I extend my heartiest congratulation to the Government for declaring new Education Policy after 34 years. It was long due and now it has covered many new aspects of current education system too. The formation of new organizations and committees will have better control on the system and will bring solid results in developing manpower of our country,” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah also Chief Scout For India.

New Delhi: “We are just on step away from the platinum jubilee of Independence Day, my heartiest congratulations to all the people of India within the country and also who are staying abroad on the occasion of 74th Independence Day of India 2020,” wished Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chief Scout For India while talking at the National seminar of Scouts Guides Organization. 

 

I am thankful to the establishment for nominating me as Chief Scout For India, the designation next to the President of India who is the Chief Patron of the organization. I have also completed my first year on this job. Ample has been done in this year but a lot is yet to be completed. We have number of plans to be executed one by one,” added Dr. Marwah. 

 

“With new education policy we are also revising our style of working and our approach to this uniformed organization. The country must understand the value of scouts and Guides training in the life of student. With 15 lakh schools, almost 1000 universities, 40,000 stand alone colleges We have to see that every educational institution must have affiliation with Scouts and guides,” expressed Dr. Sandeep Marwah with enthusiasm. 

 

The seminar was attended by large number of officers, instructors, scouts and guides from all over India. Dr. Raj K.P. Sinha National Commissioner paid vote of thanks to Chief Scout For India Dr. Sandeep Marwah for a very emotional and inspiring interaction.

Speaking on the occasion the Chief Commissioner of Scouts/Guides Organization Dr. Raj K. P. Sinha motivated and congratulated all the present Scouts/Guides from all over India for their sincere contribution to the national programs in different states conducted during Covid 19. “I congratulate all the scouts and guides for their participation and in supporting different organizations serving the society during Corona virus,”.

Chief Scout For India Dr. Sandeep Marwah on Kargil Diwas


 New Delhi: “Let me first extend my gratitude to each and every one who was involved with the Kargil operation. Let me pay homage to all those who have laid their lives for the nation. The countrymen will never be able to forget the sacrifice these soldiers have done for the motherland,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chief Scout For India addressing scouts and guides and many people on web. 

 “Lets come together as a Nation of Youths and celebrate the success of our forces during Kargl operation. Our forces who all served this operation are today the real source of inspiration for the youth of this country. We have to learn a lot from these martyrs,” added Dr. Marwah motivating Scouts and Guides of India. 

 Kargil Vijay Diwas, named after the successful Operation Vijay, is celebrated in India on 26 July. On this date in 1999 India successfully took command of the high outposts which had been lost to Pakistan. The Kargil war was fought for more than 60 days, ended on 26 July and resulted in loss of life on both the sides. 

 Later Dr. Sandeep Marwah read the important messages of the dignities one by one."Kargil Vijay Diwas is symbol of fearless determination & exceptional valour of our Armed Forces. I salute the soldiers who fought the enemy and laid down their life to defend Bharat Mata. The nation is forever grateful to them and their families,” said Shri Ram Nath Kovind President of India. 

 On Kargil Vijay Diwas, we remember the courage and determination of our armed forces, who steadfastly protected our nation in 1999. Their valour continues to inspire generations," said Shri Narendra Modi Prime Minister of India.
 “Kargil is not only a symbol of our self-respect but also a step taken against injustice. Former PM AB Vajpayee had said that within the purview of national security whatever we do is for self-defence and not attack,” said :Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
