Noida: In a focused discussion with the members of Ayodhya Ki Ramleela, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chair of the World Peace Development and Research Foundation, underscored the vital importance of preserving culture and heritage as the cornerstone of national strength. The meeting, held to review the preparations for the upcoming Ayodhya Ki Ramleela, was a testament to the commitment of cultural custodians in passing down traditions to future generations.

“The strength of any nation lies in its culture,” stated Dr. Marwah. “It is imperative that we save our culture and heritage, ensuring that our traditions and systems are passed on to the next generation. I am particularly pleased that AAFTian Bobby Malik has taken the initiative to start Ramleela at Ayodhya. This year marks the sixth time it will be performed, and it promises to be a grand event.”

New Delhi: “World Heritage Day, which is also known as the International Monuments and Sites Day was celebrated by International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry in association with Rootskills a voluntary organisation, NFTC- National Federation of Tourism And Transport Cooperatives India Limited and AAFT School of Tourism and Hospitality.

“The day is all about increasing the awareness of the importance of the diversity of cultural heritage and preserving it for generations in the future. Ancient monuments and buildings are an asset to us all around the world. However, they need to be protected to ensure that they continue to be an asset for years and years to come. Therefore, the day is a collective effort of communities around the globe,” informed Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI.

“We are ready to support NFTC, ICMEI and AAFT and its 543 tourism committees along with our volunteers to create awareness about heritage and preservation of our heritage of any kind,” said and assured Bhavisha Budhadeo President of Rootskills organization while keeping her point of view during session.

Sinisa Pevic Charge d’ Affairs of Serbia to India in a small event at Embassy of Serbia for his sincere contribution to the development and promotion of Indo Serbia relations from last four years.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah has been the Chair of Indo Serbia Film And Cultural Forum created by Embassy of Serbia in association with International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry four years back with the support of H.E. Vladimir Maric then the Ambassador of Serbia to India.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah is the first Indian to be honoured doctorate by two different Serbian Institutions for his contribution to International Culture diplomacy and promotion of Roma internationally.

New Delhi: “If food is essential to live then art and culture is necessary for us to learn humanity. Art and culture bring colors to the life and break the monotonous of routine. It is important for young students to get involved with different arts, as it develops the overall personality of the child,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University in a webinar to inaugurate 15 days long art and culture festival designed by RootSkills by Bhavisha Budhadeo.

“Every student should be part of Scout & Guide Program at School. The Mission of Scouting and Guiding is to contribute to the education of young people, through a value system based on the Scout Promise and Law, to help build a better world where people are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society.

The Scouting program has three specific objectives, commonly referred to as the “Aims of Scouting.” They are character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness. The methods by which the aims are achieved are listed below in random order to emphasize the equal importance of each.

Busan:  A MOU was signed between AAFT University of Media And Arts, India and Ala Too International University Kyrgyzstan at The World Education Leaders Forum during World Cultural Camp at Busan, South Korea. Both the institutions will promote art and culture through different events and educational programs.

 

“In order to strengthen its position on market of education, the university is working on the opening of new educational programs that are in demand in the new information and competitive job market. We carry out the exchange programs for students and teaching staff in different programs, Such programs would allow students and teachers an opportunity to continue their studies for 1-2 semesters at various universities and to share their experiences.,” said Sanzharbek Erdolatov President Ala Too International University, Kyrgyzstan.

New Delhi: “It was in 2018, we were the first one in India to announce the National level award after the name of our former Prime Minister Bharat Rattan Atal Bihari Vajpayee for the people who have contributed immensely towards the promotion of Indian art and culture,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and founder of Noida Film City.

 

The award titled as Atal Bihari Vajpayee National Award For Promotion of Art And Culture was constituted by AAA-Asian Academy of Arts in association with AAFT University of Media And Arts and ICMEI- International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry immediately after the death of former Prime Minister to mark respect to his untiring contribution to the nation and art and culture of India, he himself was also a well renowned poet.

 

The awards are presented during the Global Literary Festival Noida happens in the grounds of Marwah Studios at Film city Noida. This time owing to Covid 19 the awards will be presented through web event. Global Literary Festival has been planned from 17^th to 19^th September 2020. The high profiled jury shall soon declare the name of the awardees of 2020.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah has been nominated many times as Global Cultural Minister for his deep involvement in developing and promoting art and culture all over the World. AAFT School of Performing Arts promise to compensate the show at the right time after the lockdown is over keeping social distancing in mind,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT School of Performing Arts attending Webinar with group of artist.

The Dance Committee of the International Theatre Institute created International Dance Day, partner for the performing arts of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). It was created in 1982.”

This day is celebrated to give value to this art. International Dance Day is wake-up-call for governments, politicians, and institutions, society to realize its potential for economic growth.

“The dance is a poem of which each movement is a word. Dancing is the most moving, the most beautiful of the arts, because it is no mere translation or abstraction from life; it is life itself. New Delhi: “Work like you don’t need the money, love like you’ve never been hurt and dance like nobody’s watching you. We should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Founder of Noida Film City at the inauguration of annual male classical dance presentation titled Shivaargya at Ganesa Natyalaya curated by Saroja Vaidyanathan at New Delhi.

“The dance can reveal everything mysterious that is hidden in music, and it has the additional merit of being human and palpable. Dancing is poetry with arms and legs,” added Dr. Marwah also the Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts appreciating the perfection of the dancers who all were participating in day long festival.

Saroja Vaidyanathan is a guru and a notable exponent of Bharatanatyam a prolific choreographer and has to her credit ten full-length balle and nearly two thousand individual Bharatanatyam items.

Saroja Vidyanathan has written a number of books on Bharatanatyam and Carnatic music including ‘The Classical Dances of India’, ‘Bharatanatyam – An In-Depth Study’, ‘Carnataka Sangeetham’, and ‘The Science of Bharatanatyam’.

Saroja was conferred the Padma Shri in 2002 and the Padma Bhushan in 2013 by the Government of India. Later Saroja presented a set of her books to Dr. Sandeep Marwah.

ICMEI Celebrated Success of Jashn E Hind Cultural Program

Noida: “A nations culture resides in the hearts and soul of the people. If we are to preserve culture we must continue to create it.  Today at Marwah Studios, we are celebrating the success of the first edition of national cultural program Jashn E Hind said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI and AAFT University.

More than 100 students participated from AAFT along with Radio Noida 107.4Fm, MSTV and Asian News Agency. The festival took place at IGNCA- Indira Gandhi National Centre For Arts from 21^st to 23^rd February, 2020 in association with AAFT School of Performing Arts, Sakshi a NGO and Ministry of Culture Government of India, covering more than 50 events on four different stages.

“This program has been designed especially to thank and honor all those young artists who all have worked rigorously for three days to make this program a real success. As a director of festival I extend my heartiest thanks to the students and the faculty of AAFT School of Performing Arts,” added Dr. Mridula Tandon President of Sakshi Organization.

Later all the students were presented with the certificates of participation and were honored with memento.Dr. Manoj Agarwal Director SOPA proposed vote of thanks.

New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chief Scout For India and Chancellor AAFT University inaugurated three days cultural festival under the title Jashn E Hind Celebrating Indian Ethos at Indira Gandhi National Centre For Arts ,Ministry of Culture Government of India.

“Art is an effort to create, beside the real world, a more humane world. “The first step to controlling your world is to control your culture. To model and demonstrate the kind of world you demand to live in. to write the books. Make the music. Shoot the films. Paint the art. Festival like this gives you new energy to think big,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah while lighting the ceremonial lamp.

“I am thankful to each and every participant who all have contributed to this    three days festival.  It’s a beginning of a new chapter and soon we will make it the most vibrant cultural extravaganza,” said Dr. Mridula Tandon President Sakshi.

Sakshi an NGO has designed the event for  under the leadership of Dr. Mridula Tandon in association with International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and AAFT School of Performing Arts for three days.

Noida: A Memorandum of Association was signed between Sandeep Marwah President International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and  H.E Nejmeddine Lakhal Ambassador Republic of Tunisia to India to develop and promote films, television media ,art and culture.

“We are pleased to sign an arrangement with ICMEI and its associates for the development and promotion of arts and culture between two countries. We want to bring people of two countries close to each other through art and culture,” said H.E Nejmeddine Lakhal Ambassador Republic of Tunisia to India.

“It is a lucky day –World Radio Day and India and Tunisia through ICMEI and Embassy of Tunisia have decided to work on different subjects together bring both the countries close to each other through films, media, art and culture,” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah President ICMEI.

A scholarship has been announced for the deserving student from Tunisia to study at Asian Academy of Film And Television, a festival of films from Tunisia, A cultural show has also been announced. Soon ICMEI will start working on the joint venture of animated film also.

New Delhi: Popular Media Personality Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios inaugurated three days cultural festival -The Poush Mela at Indirapuram by Indirapuram Bengali Cultural Society in Association with Paridhi Arts, ICMEI-International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and  Ministry of Tribal Affairs Government of India from 10 to 12^th January 2020.

The three days festival showcased large variety of folk & tribal music and dances from all over India. The local participation added lots of color to this first ever Poush Mela in East Delhi.

“Folk music and dances are the base of our culture. Every song, music, dance, food has some kind of meaning behind it, be a part of history, social activity or even medical reason,” said Sandeep Marwah. This is a wonderful start and I am sure next year   this festival will attract people from all over Delhi,” added Marwah.

Poush Festival is there to celebrate the harvest season and first started at Shanti Niketan in Bengal. Nirmal Vaid and Mukesh Sharma  of Paridhi coordinated the program.
