74th AAFT Festival Of Short Digital Films Inaugurated

Asian Academy Of Film And Television in association with International Film And Television Club organized 74th edition of AAFT Festival of Short Digital Films. IFTRC Supports Asian School Of Media Studies

The first private film and TV research centre of the country IFTRC International Film And Television Research Centre is now going to support the first film college ASMS Asian School Of Media Studies of the country in a big way as per the arrangements made between the two media setups. “We want media students to take the best advantages and experiences of 100 years of cinema” said Sandeep Marwah Chairperson of IFTRC. The Research Centre will take students of ASMS not only for research programs but will be partner in workshops, seminars, symposiums, interactions, and other important programs. The students will also get an opportunity to be part of documentation centre of IFTRC where number of papers and books are published which will be available to the students of ASMS.

Sandeep Marwah Highlighted at PHD Management Meet

The sixth meeting of new management committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce highlighted Sandeep Marwah the Chairperson of Entertainment and Media Committee of the chamber for his untiring efforts in the field of film, television and media. “We are proud of our Chairperson of M&E Committee Sandeep Marwah who has been bestowed upon the prime award of Poland ‘Gate Of Freedom’ at Gdansk Film Festival for bringing global awareness to Indian Cinema ”said Sandip Somany President of the Chamber. Sandeep Marwah is the first ever Indian film maker to be nominated as jury member in Poland. A special segment was designed for the 11 films of Marwah at the festival which was later followed by Master class ever taken by any Indian film maker. All this happened when National Film Awards were given at New Delhi to the best feature film I Am where Marwah Studios is the Co-Producer of the film. The senior Vice President Suman Jyoti Khaitan, Vice President Sharad Jaipuria, Secretary General Susmita Shekhar, Past President Salil Bhandari, Legal Advisor P.K. A non profit organization under the name and banner of Viva Foundation, Mumbai mastered by Saana Khan has joined hands with International Children’s Film Forum here at Noida Film City. International Children’s Film Forum a body of Marwah Studios- A Creative Enterprises believes in educating promoting Indian traditions and culture through films.
