Jaipur Needs More Attention As Tourist City

“City of Jaipur can be more clean and attractive so that not only foreign tourist but also local tourist coming from all over India should feel proud of the most heritage city of the country” added Marwah.

Sandeep Marwah requested Rohit Mehra of Mohan Brothers and Rajiv Mehra of Ample Enterprises to join the board of NFTC as an external advisor.

Independence Day Celebrations at Marwah Studios

“The youth of the country has to come up to built the nation now, we have played our role of bringing free India to this stage” said Tara Gandhi Bhattacharjee Chairperson of Kasturba Gandhi National Memorial Trust and Grand daughter of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi the Father of the Nation, to the young media persons at Asian School of Media Studies at Noida Film City.

“It is essential on part of the schools and colleges of this nation to inculcate the patriotic feelings in the mind and heart of youth so that they can serve the nation better” added Sandeep Marwah educationist & President of Marwah Studios motivating hundreds of students participating in Independence day Celebrations.

An electrifying performance by the students of ASMS impressed the audience and reminded of many important parts of the history of India.

 Later Sandeep Marwah honored Tara Gandhi Bhattacharjee and Radha Bhatt with the life membership of World Peace Development And Research Foundation.

Nehru Bal Sangh Celebrates Independence Day

“Unity, love and peace are the requirements of the day. The country men have to understand the value of independence so that they can respect the country” said Dr. Karan Singh on the inauguration of cultural evening organized by Nehru Bal Sangh under the banner Jashn- E- Azadi at Satya Sai International Centre, Delhi.

“We have to bring in a powerful patriotic feelings towards our nation and all that has to be started from schools and colleges” said Sandeep Marwah social worker and President of Marwah Studios.

The students of Sadhya directed by Santosh Nair presented a beautifully designed program on independence in the form of dance and drama.

Bhubneshwar Kalita  and Rajeev Gowda Members of Parliament also spoke on the occasion. Shekhar Mutreja Director Cosmic Group, Cine Star Chandrachur Singh marked their presence.

The event was hosted by Virender Aggarwal National Secretary, Ajay Sinha National General Secretary and Ashok Sahota National President of Nehru Bal Sangh.

Sandeep Marwah emphasized on the unity of all the cast and creed, religions and different segments of the community. Dr. Yoganand Shastri former Speaker Delhi Vidhan Sabha, Ashok Sahota National President NBS, Virender Aggarwal National Secretary NBS also spoke on the occasion.

“6^th August, 1945-- It was one of the biggest man made disaster which took place in Hiroshima when Americans bombed the city where more than 130000 people died and 70000 buildings were raised to earth. Never it should happen again. Lets talk about peace in this World” initiated Sandeep Marwah Ambassador of Peace and President of WPDRF.

A program under the banner World Peace Development And Research Foundation was organized at Marwah Studios to include the students of ASMS and AAFT to appoint them as the Young Peace Ambassadors.

Sushant Behura National Media Advisor Brahma Kumari Organization,Monk Budhimanta President of ISKCON Noida, Tenzin Lekshay Media Coordinator of His Holiness Dalai Lama  and Dr. A. K. Srivastava Director ASMS spoke on Peace.

Later Sandeep Marwah honored all the guests with the Life Membership of World Peace Development And Research Foundation. The groups present from ISKCON and Dalai Lama Organization conducted few formal prayers. Harshvardhan and Chandrakant Patil Kharare read the messages received by WPDRF from all over the World.

World Day against Trafficking in Persons Observed at WPDRF

At any given time, an estimated 2.5 million people are trapped in modern-day slavery. Men, women and children fall into the hands of traffickers both in their own countries and abroad. Every country in the world is affected by human trafficking, whether as a country of origin, transit or destination for victims. Slavery, in both its ancient and modern forms, is not only shameful, it is as the abolitionist” said Sandeep Marwah Ambassador of International Human Rights Organization &President WPDRF.

In 2010, the General Assembly adopted the Global Plan of Action to Combat Trafficking in Persons, urging Governments worldwide to take coordinated and consistent measures to defeat this scourge. 

In 2013, the General Assembly held a high-level meeting to appraise the Global Plan of Action. Member States also adopted resolution and designated July 30 as the World Day against Trafficking in Persons. This resolution declared that such a day was necessary to “raise awareness of the situation of victims of human trafficking and for the promotion and protection of their rights.”
