Exhibition of Photographs from Guatemala at Film Festival




Noida:  Large portraits of colorful shots of people, hill views, lake sides, sports and games and different buildings were more than enough to highlight the culture of the Republic of Guatemala during the exhibition of prints curated by the Embassy of Guatemala in India sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Republic of Guatemala.

“What a colorful country with so much of resemblance to Asian countries and especially India. The photographs are appealing and inviting. They have been very well placed in order and you grow with the exhibition,” said Boney Kapoor renowned filmmaker while inaugurating the exhibition.

“This is the beginning of our relationship very soon we will bring more interaction from Guatemala” said Ashok Tyagi Secretary General of ICMEI-International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry.

“I am pleased to see the response of the exhibition. The anxiousness should be maintained and can be fulfilled with the visit to Guatemala. We would love to extend the exhibition for a week and welcome you to visit Guatemala” said H.E. Georges de La Roche Du Ronzet, Ambassador of Republic of Guatemala to India.

“We have always believed and made it a custom to have exhibitions with the film festivals. This is the time you are inclined to learn more. Exhibitions have done wonders to the film festivals,” said Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios and AAFT.

Danilo R. Marcucci Minister Counsellor & Deputy Head of Mission explained each and every picture to the large audience present there.
