New Delhi: Renowned film and media personality Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder of Noida Film City and President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), was honored by senior Vietnamese officials for his unwavering contribution to fostering strong relations between India and Vietnam.
The recognition was bestowed by Do Quoc Hung, Deputy Director General of the Department of International Market Development, Government of Vietnam, and Bui Trung Thuong, Trade Counsellor at the Embassy of Vietnam. The award celebrates Dr. Marwah’s continuous efforts through the Indo-Vietnam Film and Cultural Forum, an initiative of ICMEI aimed at deepening cultural and creative collaborations between the two nations.
Do Quoc Hung said, “We sincerely appreciate the commitment and passion shown by Dr. Marwah in promoting Indo-Vietnam friendship through cultural and media exchanges. His work has brought our two countries closer.”
Bui Trung Thuong added, “The Indo-Vietnam Film and Cultural Forum has become a vibrant platform for artists, filmmakers, and cultural ambassadors. Dr. Marwah’s leadership has made it a symbol of unity and creative partnership.”
In his response, Dr. Sandeep Marwah explained, “This recognition is a great honor, and I am grateful to the Vietnamese Government and Embassy. Through the Indo-Vietnam Forum, we aim to build lasting relationships that go beyond diplomacy—through cinema, art, and shared cultural values.”
The event marks yet another milestone in Dr. Marwah’s ongoing mission to use media and culture as tools for international harmony and collaboration.
