Rakhi Celebrated with Brahma Kumaris at Marwah Studios

Noida: A special celebration of Raksha Bandhan (Rakhi) was organised at Marwah Studios, Film City, Noida, in association with the Brahma Kumaris, bringing together a message of love, purity, respect, brotherhood and world peace.

The celebration was attended by B.K. Poonam Didi, B.K. Dinesh and other members of the Brahma Kumaris, who joined Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios, in observing the auspicious occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sandeep Marwah said, “Raksha Bandhan is a beautiful festival that reminds us of the sacred bond of love, trust, respect and responsibility. Its message goes far beyond the relationship between a brother and sister. It inspires us to protect one another, respect every human being and work together for a peaceful and harmonious society.”

Dr. Marwah spoke about the work of the World Peace Development and Research Foundation (WPDRF) and its mission of promoting Love, Peace and Unity Through Art and Culture. He said that festivals and spiritual occasions provide an opportunity to strengthen human values and spread the message of compassion, harmony and universal brotherhood.

“Peace begins with the individual and gradually reaches the family, society, nation and the world. Through initiatives such as the World Peace Development and Research Foundation, we are committed to creating greater awareness about peace, harmony and human values. Art, culture, spirituality and education can become powerful instruments for building a more peaceful world,” Dr. Marwah added.

B.K. Poonam Didi conveyed the spiritual significance of Raksha Bandhan and emphasised the importance of purity of thoughts, positive relationships and selfless service. She highlighted the need for individuals to cultivate inner peace and extend goodwill towards everyone.

B.K. Dinesh and other members of the Brahma Kumaris also participated in the celebration and shared their thoughts on spirituality, values and the importance of maintaining peace and harmony in society.

The Rakhi ceremony symbolised the strengthening of bonds of mutual respect and goodwill, with the participants reaffirming their commitment to spreading positivity and peace.

The celebration concluded with blessings and good wishes for the well-being, happiness and prosperity of all, reinforcing the message that true protection lies in creating a world based on love, respect, compassion and peace.

But this festival teaches us many other lessons which we have to learn every time-a lesson of commitment,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and World Peace Development And Research Foundation in a webinar organized by Brahma Kumaris on the occasion of Raksha Bhandan. 

 

Talking to the large audience in the capacity of Chief Guest Dr. Sandeep Marwah reminded that our commitment is not only towards our sister, family, friends, community but also a promise to save & secure our country, nature and almighty. Every action taken by you is bound to revert back. You have to be very cautious in taking decision and action.
