World Humanitarian Day Observed at Marwah Studios

New Delhi: August, 2014.World Humanitarian Day is a time to recognize those who face danger and adversity in order to help others. The day was designated by the General Assembly to coincide with the anniversary of the 2003 bombing of the United Nations headquarters in Baghdad, Iraq.

“World Humanitarian Day is also an opportunity to celebrate the spirit that inspires humanitarian work around the globe” said Sandeep Marwah Ambassador of International Human Rights Organization affiliated to United Nations.

This year the UN and its humanitarian partners continue their ground-breaking campaign called The world needs more… which is the first-of-its-kind project that turns words into aid.

 “Humanitarian workers and their families are hit hardest by these crimes. But they are also felt by millions of others. Let us honor the fallen by protecting those who carry on their work – and supporting humanitarian relief operations worldwide.” Said Secretary General Ban Ki Moon.

Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios & Managing Director of NFTC- National Federation of Tourism And Transport Cooperatives of India Limited was invited by ISRMAX ASIA 2014 -International Agricultural Exhibition designed and executed by the biggest operators IMPACT at Thailand.

Sandeep Marwah Inaugurated Exhibition of Sabya Sachi

“An excellent collection with different formats including crayons, oil colors, pencil sketches etc. Sabya Sachi Ghosh is a versatile painter of this age, inaugurating his solo exhibition has given me more strength to work for arts” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios while lighting the inaugural lamp.

Sabya Sachi Ghosh is a well-known artist from Kolkata running studios at Agra. Sabya opted this profession as it fulfills his desire to understand the confusing world around. “ Creating arts give my life a complete meaning,” said Sabya Sachi Ghosh, a bachelor in education and masters in English.

An exhibition titled ‘A World Of My Own’ at the Visual Art Gallery at India Habitat Centre was well attended by large number of art lovers and critics. It explores multiple facets of the human experience as an individual isolated from perceived as one with society. The solo show is a study of artist’s perception that transcends time and leaps into the infinite.

Sincere Efforts Can Only Bring Results-Col. Kapoor

International Youth Day 2014 Celebrated at AAFT

The United Nations General Assembly endorsed the recommendation made by the World Conference of Ministers Responsible for Youth that 12 August be declared International Youth Day. The theme of International Youth Day 2014 is Youth and Mental Health informed Sandeep Marwah Ambassador of International Human Rights Organization affiliated to United Nation at Asian Academy of Film And Television, Noida Film City.

Talking to the young film makers at AAFT, Sandeep Marwah added that Youth with mental health conditions can often experience stigma and discrimination, which in turn can lead to exclusion and/or discourage people from seeking help for fear of being negatively ‘labelled’. 

The 2014 observance of International Youth Day will raise awareness on this important topic, as well as highlight the experiences of brave, young individuals who have chosen to speak out about these issues with the objective of overcoming stigma and discrimination to ensure that young people with mental health conditions can lead full and healthy lives free from isolation and unnecessary shame, and openly seek the services and support they need.

Goa Can Accommodate Film And Education Tourism-Marwah

Sandeep Marwah Honored at 4th Gyan Shree Award

The presence of world-renowned film personality Sandeep Marwah was well marked when he was honored at the 4th Annual Gyan Shree Award function followed by a poetry session organized by Savitri Vikas Samiti at Hindi Bhawan at New Delhi.

“ Sandeep Marwah is an artist himself and his involvement in the promotion of art and culture in India is worth praising” said Dr. Anita Srivastava President SVS handing over the memento to Marwah in the presence of large audience.

IACC Celebrated Annual Fellowship Nite

Hindi Language Touches Heart-Sandeep Marwah

“It is very interesting to listen to British people when they speak Hindi language. It touches heart directly and is a very convincing language” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios talking to a group of people from England learning Hindi at UK at Noida Film City.

A small group learning Hindi language at United Kingdom recommended by Dr. Padmesh Gupta of Oxford Business College, Oxford visited Marwah Studios to have first hand experience of media activities in India.

Monisha Bhalla, Anita Gupta, Sofya Polyakova, Jemille Gibson and Bal Krishan were part of this group from Uk.

Indo Egypt Relations Are For Ever-Khaled

Lets Walk for Peace And Unite India-Sandeep Marwah

“Peace, Progress and Prosperity is the purpose of our planning a Peace Walk from Agra to Delhi to be lead by AAFT alumnus Himanshu Kumar in September” addressed Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios to the National Press at Noida Film City.

“It is going to be the first of its kind in whole of Asia when amputee athlete player will be walking 225 km from Agra to Delhi for Peace” added Marwah who is also the president of World Peace Development And Research Foundation.

“I am enthusiastic about spreading the message of love and peace in the country through my walk and want thousands of people to join me in my endeavor” said Himanshu Kumar thanking its Alma matter in fulfilling his dream of giving longest walk in Asia.

The walk will be like marathon and will be joined by many people from different strata of life from place to place. GWH Welfare Foundation, AD Entertainments, Gandhi Peace Foundation, National Federation of Tourism And Transport Cooperatives of India Limited are supporting the event.
