International Day of Peace Observed at Marwah Studios




Noida, September 21st: A seminar was held at Marwah Studios on International Day of Peace i.e., 21st September. Established in 1981 by the United Nations General Assembly, this day is dedicated to strengthen the principles of peace within and among people of all nations.

Sandeep Marwah graced the occasion with lighting a candle; “there is an increasing level of intolerance in countries and a  lack of cultural consciousness. We need a behavior shift from the present way of thinking and for this to transpire we must endeavor to bring together people of diverse cultures, faiths and political idealogies as one united mind” said Marwah.
“The focal point must be the desire to serve and manifest peace on earth while outdoing our differences and celebrating humanity. May peace prevail on earth,” quoted Sandeep Marwah, the Ambassador of International Human Rights Organization affiliated to United Nation.

International Day of Democracy Revelry at Marwah Studios




Noida, 15th September: “Freedom of speech and expression is the essence of any democracy”, said Sandeep Marwah, the President of Marwah Studios on September the 15th while addressing media students on the International Day of Democracy.
 The UN General Assembly pronounced 15 September of every year to be discerned as the International Day of Democracy and motivated authorities to promote and consolidate democracy.
 
Democracies reckon on the belief that government exists to serve the people. It is an integral part of any political system in the present day as it empowers people to participate and to choose their representative, added Sandeep Marwah, the Ambassador of International Human Rights Organization affiliated to United Nations.

Peace Walk by AAFTian Created Asian Record



“We are One Family One God and looking for World Peace. A Peace Walk from Agra to Delhi only depicts our intentions to create awareness for peace” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and World Peace Development And Research Foundation.

Himanshu Kumar AAFT student of Post Production decided to walk from Agra to Delhi on one leg and has created Asian Record of longest walk by amputee athlete player.

“I am indebted to my sir Sandeep Marwah for motivating me to do something which no one has done in Asia, now I am Asian Record Holder” said Himanshu Kumar enthusiastically on the completion of his walk at India Gate”

“Bringing all organizations together with the same purpose and then represented by a special student has served the purpose of spreading peace in India” said Chandrakant Patil Kharare Secretary WPDRF.

The event at India Gate supported by ISKCON, Rotract Club of Rotary, Gandhi Peace Foundation, AD Entertainments, National Federation of Tourism And Transport Cooperatives of India Limited.

Heritage Day Celebrated by Indo South African Film Association




Noida, 24th September: “ We need to give respect to every culture protected by different segments of population” said Sandeep Marwah during the celebration of Heritage Day at Asian Academy Film And Television at film city Noida.
Remembering Elizabeth Thabethe Deputy Minister for Trade And Industry, Government of South Africa who nominated Sandeep Marwah as the Chairperson of Indo South African Film Association during her visit to India Sandeep Marwah spoke about the celebration of this event at South Africa.
Heritage Day highlights the diverse cultures and history of racial groups of Africa; it commends individuals who have contributed to the legacy and culture of the nation.
“We must strive to strengthen the fight to set ourselves free from the clutches of deprivation, unemployment, disparity and unstable social relations”, added Marwah, the President of Marwah Studios.

American Pop Singer Linday Kirlay on the Board of AAFT



Austria: Renowned American pop singer Linday Kirlay with large collection of musical numbers to her credit now on the board of Asian Academy of Film And Television confirmed Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios during his meeting with Linday at Austria.

 Hungarian vocalist Linda Király is a well-known performer with a bent toward pop and R&B. The daughter of musicians Tamas, Linda Kiraly grew up performing music and by her early teens was attending the BOCES cultural art Centre.

 Király enrolled in the Liszt Ference Academy of Music, where she studied opera with singer Erzsébet Komlóssy. Also while at school, Király performed with a funk and R&B band in local clubs and was eventually chosen to record the theme to the popular Hungarian film Szerelem Utolsó Vérig. The song was a hit and brought Király to the public's attention.

 In 2003, Király released her debut album and that same year won the role of Christine in Andrew Lloyd Webbber’s Phantom of the Opera. Király's success found her working in London and ultimately returning to the United States, where she began work on many pop albums with best of the music directors and other renowned American singers.



Indian Ambassador to Hungary Appreciated Efforts of Sandeep Marwah

Sandeep Marwah Invited Andrew G Vajna to Indian Film Festival




“It will be great of you to accept invitation to be the chief guest of  Indian Film Festival at India. Your Presence will enhance the relations between India and Hungary for all time to come” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios requesting Andrew G Vajna during their official meeting at Budapest.

Andrew G Vajna is one of the biggest Hungarian name in Hollywood cinema. NFTC Will Prepare Report on Tourism in Austria- Sandeep Marwah

Vienna: “It was amazed to see the number of tourist visiting Austria round the year, the attractions are large and facilities are huge” observed Sandeep Marwah Managing Director of National Federation of Tourism And Transport Cooperatives of India Limited on his visit to Vienna capital of Austria.

NFTC will prepare a report on Tourism in Austria. The country Austria ranked 9th worldwide in international tourism receipts, with 18.9 billion US$. In international tourist arrivals, Austria ranked 12th with 20.8 million tourists in 2007.

Vienna attracts a major part of tourists, both in summer and winter. Of great touristic importance are the Austrian skiing, hiking and mountaineering resorts in the Alps as well as family-friendly recreation areas. For visitors interested in Media Art, there is the Ars Electronica Center in Linz. Since 1979 this center has organized the Ars Electronica Festival and presented the Prix Ars Electronica, the worldwide highest-ranked prize for media art.

Sandeep Marwah Honored in Film Festival at Hungary


Hungary 14th Sept. 2014: “The untiring and continuous support of Sandeep Marwah to the World Cinema has motivated us to invite him to Miskolc as the Chief Guest on the 11th Jameson Miskolc International Festival” introduced Tibor Biro the festival director at the Grand historical city Hall.

“The contribution of Sandeep Marwah in films, television and media back at home and in different regions of the World brought him to International fame and honor. His involvement in films is worth praising,” said H.E. Malay Mishra Indian Ambassador to Hungary.

“Miskolc welcomes Sandeep Marwah an international media personality and a five times world record holder. His visit to the town has been written in the books of our history. We hope we will work together for the promotion of film industry in Hungary” said Dr Akos Kriza Mayor of the City.

“I am touched by the emotions extended to me by this city of Hungary, the international film makers and cinema lovers present from all over the World during this festival. I will leave no stone unturned to develop and promote the relation between two countries. Marwah Studios and Asian Academy of Film And Television will be my partners in doing so” said Sandeep Marwah the Chief Guest of Miskolc Film Festival at Hungary.

Sandeep Marwah is also the Chairperson of Indo Hungarian Film Association. He declared student exchange, faculty exchange, a scholarship to the deserving candidate at AAFT for short-term course, festival of Hungarian films at New Delhi and sponsored short film during his speech at city hall.

NFTC Extended Friendship to City of Miskolc at Hungary



Miskolc: The Managing Director of National Federation of Tourism And Transport Cooperatives of India Limited Sandeep Marwah recently visited the city of Miskolc to attend the Jameson Cine Fest-11th Miskolc International Film Festival in the capacity of chief guest of India Day.

Sandeep Marwah extended his full support to the city Mayor Dr. Akos  kriza not only in the field of film, television and media but tourism as a special case.

“We are happy to receive Sandeep Marwah in the city whose appreciation we have noted down which will help us to do things more energetically” said Dr. Akos Kriza Mayor of City Miskolc.

A special tour was organized by the department to showcase some of the finest places of the city including Lillafured, Cave Baths of Miskolc Tapolca and Castle of Diosgyor.


 

Master Class by Sandeep Marwah at 11th Miskolc Film Festival



A huge presence of film makers, film critics, film lovers and film students were present during the Master Class by renowned International media personality Sandeep Marwah at Jameson Cine Fest- Miskolc 11th International Film Festival.

Answering to the questions put by the audience Sandeep Marwah explained a lot about the working of Indian film industry and making of films in India.

Sandeep Marwah promised to offer special slot for Hungarian programs on his Radio Station Radio Noida 107.4FM and IPTV MarwahStudios.com and requested Hungarian filmmakers to send their recordings for broadcast.


Sandeep Marwah also invited Hungarian student on scholarship and extended Students and faculty exchange program with his film school-Asian Academy of Film And Television He also invited Hungarian film directors to come forward and direct a short film or a documentary at the cost of Marwah Studios.

Exhibition of Posters on Indian Cinema at Hungary



Hungary: “It is a great pleasure to see the posters of your own films in this part of the world highlighting 100 years of Indian Cinema. I am elevated and impressed by the festival organizers to include all this as a part of main event” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Chief Guest of the Jameson Cinefest-11th Miskolc International Film Festival, Hungary while inaugurating the poster exhibition of Indian cinema.

“We have achieved a lot in cinema, it is the time we must showcase our talent through these festivals all over the World” said H.E. Malay Mishra Indian Ambassador to Hungary.

Jameson Cine Fest-The 11th Miskolc International Film Festival this time focused on India. It showcased Indian cinema, dances, Indian food, interaction with Indian film personality Sandeep Marwah on India Day and poster exhibition depicting 100 years of Indian Cinema, informed Tibor Biro the festival director.

Large number of important dignitaries, film critics, filmmakers, jury members and film lovers were present at the inauguration of exhibition.

India Day Opened at Miskolc Film Festival at Hungary




Miskolc “India is the largest film producing country in the World and we have an international personality Sandeep Marwah from India as a special guest on this auspicious day” welcomed Tibor Biro the festival director of Jameson Miskolc International Film Festival at the Grand City Hall at Miskolc.

The Indian Ambassador to Hungary H.E. Malay Mishra declared open the India day from the historical city hall of Miskolc thanking Hungary to take initiative to include India as part of this event.

“We are honored to be associated with Indian film Industry and coming of Indian delegation to Miskolc will bring two countries together. We will be needing support from Indian Film Industry to boost Miskolc film business” said the Honor able Mayor of Miskolc Dr. Akos Kriza handing over the prestigious award to Marwah for his continuous support to the World Cinema and media education.

“I am touched by love and affection showered on me by the people of Miskolc which I will never forget for my lifetime” thanked Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.

The ceremony was attended by Reena Marwah, Member Parliament Katalin Csobor, Secretary of the State, Member Parliament and Deputy Mayor of the city Dr.Zsiga Marcell, Members of the international Jury, Edit Osko of World Wings and film makers from all over the World.

The formal program was followed by the Indian Classical dance and Indian food was laid down for all the guests present there.

Jameson 11th Miskolc International Film Festival Opened



A grand function at the prestigious auditorium of city Miskolc saw the opening of 11th Miskolc International Film Festival by Dr. Peter Hoppal the state secretary for culture, Ministry of Human Resources, Government of Hungary. Some of the important persons including Tamas Kollarik Member of the Media Council, Agnes Havas, General Manager Hungarian National Film Found, Edit Osko of World Wings were also present there.

“We welcome once again the cinema lovers from all over the World to have another experience in cinema at Miskolc during this 11th International film festival” addressed Tibor Biro the festival director to the jam-packed hall with cinema audience.

All the jury members including Alfredo Mayo Spanish Cinematographer, Sandeep Marwah Studio Biggie from India, Olivier Gerrard from France, Pap Ferenc Hungarian Cinematographer, Jan Schulz Ojala Film Critic from Germany, Fernanda Silva Purtugese Festival Organizer and others were introduced to the audience. The opening film Land Ho followed the program.

“Films are the ambassadors of culture of any country and film festivals are the best way to showcase that culture,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios representing India in the festival.

Sandeep Marwah Invited by Budapest Film Academy



“It’s a matter of great excitement that we have with us Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios, the most well known media personality of Asia and a world record holder to share his experience with you all” Jeno Hodi Director of Budapest Film Academy introduced Marwah in a master class.

Talking to the students Sandeep Marwah also the Chairperson of Indo Hungarian Film Association, gave an overview of Indian Film Industry and discussed his own case study of being in media. Answering to the questions Marwah expressed his desire to go for joint venture and co production with Hungarian filmmakers in the coming years.

Sandeep Marwah invited students of Budapest Film Academy to come and direct short films in India for which Asian Academy of Film And Television is ready to provide complete infrastructure.
