The 4th Global Film Festival Noida 2011 will be full of events as planned by the organizing committee of the festival under the President ship of renowned International media personality Sandeep Marwah. International Sufi Festival On its Second day

The International Sufi Festival, India 2011, being held at Ajmer went to its second day with Mahinder Singh Ralawta, Congress President, Ajmer gracing the event as Chief Guest. Commenting on the idea of Sufism, he mentioned that Sufism is not constricted to specified rules, it is all about bringing everyone together on one platform. The other dignitaries who graced the occasion were Dr. Lalit Kumar, Secretary National Foundation Communal Harmony, New Delhi, Rabbi Ezekiel Isaac Malekar, Chief Priest Judah Hyam Synagogue, Justice A.S Quresshi and Syed Sarwar Chishty, Gaddi Nasheen Khadim of the holy shrine of Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishty, Ajmer. The entertaining performances began with enthralling group presentation by Ability Unilimited, on wheel chairs literally took the audience by surprise followed by captivating verses of Kabir by Anupama, a playback singer. The Kashmiri Folk Music, Kashmir Sufism Society, Srinagar also gave a wonderful performance. Deepika T a software engineer from Bangalore but also a professional carnatic singer enthralled the audience with her sweet voice. The listeners were spellbound by her choice of songs. Need More Film Makers To Touch Children’s Issues-Sandeep Marwah

Not many films are being made keeping in mind the children of the nation and their development. We need more film makers to come forward and produce such films where we can relate to the issues of children” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Chairperson of International Children’s Film Forum on the inauguration of Delhi Children Film Festival at SriFort . Speaking on the occasion Nandita Das the Chairperson of CFSI Children’s Film Society Of India, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India offered all the 250 films to the film societies to come forward and display the films to different segments and setups of Children. Sandeep Marwah offered facilities of Marwah Studios free of cost to all those film makers who are keen in making films on Children’s issue. ICFF-International Children’s Film Forum has already offered its services to work hand in hand with CFSI Children’s Film Society Of India. The festival was organized by CFSI in association with Cine Darbar. The kids were excited to learn that 8 exclusively chosen films will be screened at the festival out of which 2 would be screened on the first day. Apart from films the 6 different activities including workshops, film appreciation, competition and interaction will be held during the course of the three day festival.

First International Sufi Festival Inaugurated At Ajmer

We are planning to start a Sufi Circuit in India which will not only promote Sufism but also bring thousands of tourists to better destinations in the country” said Subodh Kant Sahay Union Minister of Tourism, Government of India while inaugurating the First International Sufi Festival at Ajmer. “We have already developed medical tourism and the biggest tourism in India is the religious tourism. Millions of people move from one place to another for the darshans of different religious places. The six days International Sufi Festival India 2011 at Ajmer was highlighted here at Marwah Studios in the press conference. New Delhi, Oct 12 (PTI) On the Go Info Media Pvt Ltd today announced the launch of a new evening newspaper ''Delhi On The Go'', which will be offered free of charge to readers. Go Info Media, a new company floated by two young entrepreneurs -- Ankit Dhawan and Virat Mohan -- is hoping to circulate around ten thousand copies per day in the initial phase. "Our newspaper is free for all and will always remain.
