Sandeep Marwah Is Favorite of Media Lovers At Rohtak




“If you love media the whole World will love you” said Sandeep Marwah addressing a huge gathering of young students of all streams who were there at Vaish College to understand the carrier opportunities in Media in a workshop organized by the UGC, Ministry of Human Development Recourses, Govt. of India at Rohtak

“Print, Radio, Television, Cinema and New Media are the five mediums where today carrier opportunities are there for those who are well educated, trained and groomed for this industry” informed Marwah who has been in media education for the last 20 years and has been associated with every medium himself.

Introducing the guest at Rohtak the Chairperson of the Vaish Education Society Naveen Kumar Jain said, “Today it has gone into the books of our history when an International media personality, vanguard and mentor of media Sandeep Marwah with three World Records to his credit is here to guide our college students for their carrier.”

Answering to the questions Sandeep Marwah emphasized on development of culture and professional attitude towards work which is missing from the schools and colleges.

British University Invited Sandeep Marwah For Bollywood Chapter

Martin invited Marwah at his convenience to be in UK to contribute more to the Indo British Relations in Entertainment Industry and Education. “ we are always open for developing relations, I would love to be in UK to deliver knowledge about Indian Entertainment Industry as we are always keen to receive film, television and media personalities from British entertainment industry in India” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios who was also guest of honor at British Council for a film festival recently.

AAFT Alumni Sandeep Khurana Doing Wonders In Music

California based music producer and documentary film maker Sandeep Khurana recently released his 26th music album, “Zen Meditation Heal Spa”, another mystical blend of nature music with alluring soundscapes of flutes, piano, strings, guitars and ethnic instruments. “The bigger the experience better and easy it is to write variety for the medium” said Sandeep Marwah while introducing the writer Aryan Singh of feature film Padmini, Kuch Toh Hua Hai, Teenagers, Its Rocking Dard Disco, Dil Ya Bil, The Lost Country and TV serials like Narad News Network, Angrezi Mein Kahate Hain, Har Mard Pe, Sabse Bara Rupaiya, Jhoota Kahin Ka and Mad House.

Australian Film Maker Satish Rai Visited Marwah Studios



A well known Sydney based film maker Satish Rai visited Marwah Studios to discuss his next research programme in India. Satish Rai has been in journalism and films for a long time, has already produced 12 feature films & more than 150 episodes for different fiction and documentaries for Australian and Fiji television.

“My association with Marwah Studios is more than 10 years, when I came to India to find my routes in India’ said Satish Rai who is ready to share his vast International film and media experience with the students of AAFT and ASMS.

“Satish Rai is already a member of International Film And Television Club of AAFT and is on the International Board of Asian School of Media Studies” informed Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios who interacted with other guests from Fiji and Australia at Noida Film City.

Sandeep Marwah Represented India In World Peace Conference

Korea :August 2007:Universal peace federation representing peace ambassadors of all the countries in the world recently organized a World Peace Summit at Seoul, Korea The summit was attended by 350 top level delegates representing 192 countries of the world including 15 present or former premiers, first citizens & presidents of some nations.

“Wear what suits you, it is not necessary to wear expensive clothes, what you wear shows your esthetic sense, well dressed person is always well received in the community” some of the basic tips Michele Michel explained to the students while answering their questions. Michele Michel is operating from London the biggest fashion corridor of the World and has established her own brand from UK and UAE.

“Asian School of Performing Arts is immerging as one of the strongest acting schools in the world” said Satish Anand Dean Acting. “Not only that we teach powerful acting syllabus, we conduct workshops, seminars, interaction programs, film festivals, symposiums, visits, tours, technical training, film premiers, press conferences and directly connected to the industry” added Anand .

Asian Academy of Arts Will Promote Fine Arts


Recently inaugurated organization Asian Academy Of Arts by Miss Universe 2010 Ximena Navarrete, will promote all different fine arts in India. The newly constituted setup is a part of Asian Society of Film And Television initiated by World renowned media person Sandeep Marwah the president of Marwah Studios and Director General of Asian Education Group.

“I have always believed that films and television business is not far from fine arts. They go hand to hand and rather film and TV business is incomplete without it” said Sandeep Marwah Chairperson of AAA.

“We have created five segments in this Academy inclusive of Writing Department, Music & Singing Department, Dance & Choreography Department, Painting and Sculpture Department and Drama Department” informed R.K.Singh Deputy Director Asian School of Media Studies.

“We have already initiated the works of Writing Department and ample has been done in just few days, enthusiasm and dynamism of Sandeep Marwah cannot be compared” said Om Gupta Dean Writing Department at Marwah Studios.

Asian Academy of Arts will be supported by International Film And Television Club, International Film And Television Research Centre, International Children’s Film Forum, International Public Broadcasting Forum and Radio Noida.

ASMS Join Hands With British Council For WildScreen Film Festival

Asian School of Media Studies Joined hands with one of the most prestigious film festival on the issues of Environment and Wildlife-WildScreen Film Festival organized by British Council in Delhi. The two days festival at Marwah Studios attracted many young film makers from different streams of film making. The screenings were followed by workshops and discussions.

“We are honored to be part of this popular film festival brought to India by British Council.” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios. “It is not only informative but has induced us to go ahead for making more films on environment and wildlife” Marwah added.

Charlie Walker, the Director Programme British Council ahead the team of film makers from United Kingdom including Laura Marshall, Patric Rouxcell, Ted Oakes, Nicola Reeves, Richards Edwards. The movies screened in these two days included 'Extreme Ice', on glacier melts from US directed by Noel Dockstader; 'The Man Who Stopped the Desert', a West African tale of greening the desert by Mark Dodd from Britain; and 'The Wild Meat Trail', an account of wild meat hunting and eating in northeast India directed by Rita Banerji and Shilpi Sharma.

Other films include 'North-Eastern Diaries: Seeking Wildlife in the Eastern Himalayas' from India by Sandesh Kadur, 'How Earth Made Us: Human Planet' from Britain by Matthew Dyas, 'Wild: The Coral Gardener' from Britain by Emma Robens, 'Green' from France by Patrick Rouxel and the BBC Life series on environment.

“British Council will make more efforts like this to create awareness on these kind of social issues and will be pleased to work with Asian School of Media Studies (ASMS) and Asian Academy of Film And Television (AAFT).” said Rob Lynes Director British Council in India.

Film Makers Must Now Think About Environment-Sandeep Marwah

‘Rapid growth of population, discoveries and inventions, industrialization and urbanization has lead to environmental problems. It has effected the land and wild life and lead to water and air pollution” said Sandeep Marwah founder of film city Noida, film producer and educator at the opening of Wild Screen Film Festival at British Council New Delhi.

The Wildscreen Festival was founded by Sir Peter Scott in 1982 and has been organised every alternate year for the past 25 years. It is the world’s largest and most prestigious wildlife and environmental film festival. The festival was inaugurated by actor Kunal Kapoor.

The two-day festival screened six movies, including the BBC Life Series. It opened with the screening of 'Can We Save The Planet Earth', a 2006 movie presented by Sir David Attenborough. The screening was accompanied by seminar that focused on 'Trends in wildlife & environmental filmmaking'

The movies screened in two days festival included 'Extreme Ice', on glacier melts from US directed by Noel Dockstader; 'The Man Who Stopped the Desert', a West African tale of greening the desert by Mark Dodd from Britain; and 'The Wild Meat Trail', an account of wild meat hunting and eating in northeast India directed by Rita Banerji and Shilpi Sharma.

Marwah Inaugurated Exhibition Of Paintings At Delhi

“Colors on the canvas depicts the feeling of the painter dipped into the sea of his thinking, is an art where you can spend hours watching one single painting, with every angle it will reflect the different moods of human nature” said Sandeep Marwah international film maker of short films, media personality & President of Marwah Studios a creative enterprise.

An exhibition of paintings by Parvati Jain and Varsha Sandeep was inaugurated under the title ‘Art For The Era’ at Habitat Centre in New Delhi, where Parvati also displayed her pieces of sculpture.

“I am impressed by the color combination Parvati Jain has used for her paintings it looks like celebrations every where” Marwah added. “The paintings of Varsh Sandeep are all from the epic Geeta on Lord Krishna, you can read Geeta from these paintings” Marwah was generous in his comments.

The guest of honor former Inspector General Police (CRPF) Arun Chibber congratulated both the artist. The painting will remain open from 11th to 17th Feb. 2011 at Open Palm Court at Habitat Centre, New Delhi

Miss Universe 2010 inaugurates Images 2011

Miss Universe 2010 Ximena Navarette of Mexico inaugurated the annual event ‘Images 2011’ in an overwhelming atmosphere at Marwah Studios here today. Miss Universe Ximena Navarette inaugurates Asian Academy of Arts




Miss Universe 2010 Ximena Navarette of Mexico inaugurated Asian Academy of Arts (AAA) here today at Marwah Studios in Film City, Noida. Renowned fashion designer Sanjana Jon was the guest of honor. Guests from different walks of life including international print and electronic media were present there.

We are proud that the New Era Films has completed its first project with the students of AAFT Asian Academy of Film And Television ‘ The Way It Was Seen’ directed by Robin Chacko student of Post Graduate Diploma in Film And TV Production informed Kalyan Sarkar Dean AAFT.

Sharing his experience of institute days the renowned film maker Ashok Tyagi Dean Cinema ASMS congratulated New Era Films for their first venture. “we are overwhelmed with the support Marwah Studios has given us in our first venture, we are indebted to the team of AAFT for completing everything in time” said Param Saluja the producer of the film.

“We would love to honor Sandeep Marwah for bringing perfection in film, TV & media education and training” added Dr.H.K.Singh director MIDI who announced Doctrate Degree for Marwah. Later Sandeep Marwah presented life membership of International Film And Television Research Centre to the guest and R’K.Singh Joint Director Asian School of Media Studies purposed vote of thanks.

Miss Universe Ximena Navarrette Will Visit Marwah Studios



The most beautiful female of the year 2010 Miss Universe Ximena Navarrette of Mexico shall be in Delhi in the first week of February to propagate the cause of girl child as a part of Sanjana Jon Tour-2011 and will be visiting the most happening film, TV and media centre at Marwah Studios, Noida Film City.

“It is a privilege for me to have been given an opportunity to speak about the girl child. Through my celebrity status, I want to convince people to give the girl child a full-fledged proper education and help her in taking up a career of her choice.” said Ximena Navarrette.

Fashion designer and social activist Sanjana Jon noted that her campaign was initiated in the presence of the then Miss Universe and India-born American film-maker M. Night Shyamalan in 2003. The reigning Miss Universe had always extended support to the cause in India for the past five years, she said.
