Noida: “ Education is Key to Sustainable Development. When it was adopted by United Nations- the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in September 2015, the international community recognized that education is essential for the success of all 17 of its goals. Sustainable Development Goal 4, in particular, aims to “ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all” by 2030 informed Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media and Arts while addressing the leaders in education to celebrate the International Day of Education which falls on 24th January at Marwah Studios.
“We are in education for thirty years and we have maintained the International standards in education so that our students feel comfortable in any country of the World. We have been able to attract students from 145 countries of the World whereas we have tourists visiting from 156 countries under film and cultural tourism. Sixty seven countries have nominated us as their cultural ambassador so far” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah also Advisor to CEGR-Centre for Education Growth and Research and on the board of Ministry of Education, Government of India.
A poster was also launched to mark respect to the International Day of Education. The event was supported by International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry and World Peace Development and Research Foundation.
