90th Batch of AAFT Inaugurated at Marwah Studio




Inauguration of 90th Batch of AAFT
Noida: Another record is created today with the inauguration of 90th batch of Asian Academy of Film And Television. AAFT has become the first film school of the World to conduct film, television and media training for the 90th time.

“The training can last for longer and institution can survive for all these years only when you have discipline in the education and system” said Rajeev Kumar IPS Deputy Inspector General Police heading Cobra Forces while inaugurating the 90th batch of trainees at Marwah Studio, film city Noida.

 Eight years of Marwah’s involvement with Para military forces has added a lot to the success of AAFT. I am impressed by the systems and pattern of training here,” said Lt. Gen. Mohinder M Walia AVSM. VSM. (Retd).

“The film school cannot stay away from the music, and the deep involvement of AAFT in music makes it a complete media school” said BegumYaman Khan renowned singer and music trainer also daughter of the late sitar wizard Ustad Vilayat Khan.

“It is very easy to start in media but difficult to maintain yourself in this industry. 25 years of services to entertainment industry and to the nation is not an easy job. I congratulate students to be part of 90th session” said Rakesh Sapru.

“The film, television and media education is an extension of spirituality. I declare Sandeep Marwah as the best media guru who has given and added a lot to the World of Media. No film school in the World could contributed so much in such a short period of time,” said Akhtar Khan renowned film maker who started his speech with Shlokas from Geeta and chanting of Om Jaap.

Later Sandeep Marwah honored the guests with the life membership of International Film And Television Club, and Research Centre of AAFT. The members of the faculty, management and administration also attended the function.
