Cellphone Cinema is Catching Fast in The World


International Cellphone Cinema Festival Started in 2007


Ras Al Khaimah: “It is a old proverb that Film is the most expensive way to express your feelings. Alas! Time has come that now we have to change these old sayings very fast. Film has become the easiest way to express you,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studio and Global Cultural Minister in his interview at Ras Al Khaimah, UAE during his stay at Hotel Waldorf Astoria.

9th International Festival of Cellphone Cinema 2016 is right at the corner and entries from all over the World are being collected at International Film And Television Club at AAFT, Marwah Studio, Film City, Noida.

It was way back in 2007 when AAFT planned the first film on mobile phone. Half of the film was short in Noida and half was shot in New York. Prof. Karl Bardosh took the charge of directing and completing the film where as Marwah produced the project. Since then they have been celebrating cellphone cinema.

Keeping in mind the changing trends in cinema, communication and IT revolutions Sandeep Marwah first time in the World launched International Cellphone Cinema for which he was also honored many times including by the Kanabar Institute of Film And Television, Tisch School of Arts, New York University.
