Seminar on Yoga by Global Yog Alliance at Marwah Studios

A Seminar on Yoga by Global Yog Alliance

Noida: A seminar to bring in importance of yoga to the media World was organized by Asian Academy of Film And Television in association with Yog Alliance and invited people from all over India and abroad.

Yoga is a Sanskrit word derived from the Sanskrit root “yuj” which means to connect, join or balance. The most important thing, however, is that Yoga – with its entire applications and implications – is a powerful means to an end. The ultimate end of all human pursuits is “Moksha.” Moksha is freedom from all bondage; freedom from insecurities; freedom from the clutches of desires; freedom from the sense of limitations and inadequacy; freedom from all that thwarts us on our divine journey in life,” initiated Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Education Group.

“Yoga is usually defined as union: union between the limited self and the Divine Self. The aim of Yoga is not really to unite us with anything for we are already united. It is to help us realize our identity with the Divine Self, to make us know and tune into our intrinsic nature,” added Gopal Ji President of Global Yog Alliance.

Pallavi Kavhane, Rupali Patil, Supriya Chaudhari, Dr. Harshad Solanki, Janvi Mehta, Mohit Malik, Anurag Varma, Shubham Bari, N. Masilamani, B. Nagarajan, Ramesh Lohan, Dr. Aditi Nigam were present there.

Swami Shivananda Saraswati, Virananda, Anir from Italy were the special guest with Dr. B. Gopalananda, Gautam Sarkar and Acharya Satyander Narain also spoke on the subject.

Later Dr. Sandeep Marwah honored the guests with life membership of World Peace Development And Research Foundation of Marwah Studios.
