New Delhi: The Chief Scout For India, the second highest position in the Scouts and Guide Organization after President of India, Dr. Sandeep Marwah congratulated the nation on the 73rd Independence day of India.

“It is my great privilege and honor to serve the nation from the uniform of Scout. Today, on this independence day, we all, 3.7 million scouts and guides take this oath that we all will work whole heartedly and passionately to serve our nation,’ said Dr. Sandeep Marwah.
“We have projected that by 2024, The Bharat Scouts & Guides will be a globally visible, consistently growing, self-reliant premium youth movement that is gender balanced, vibrant and responsive to trends,” added Dr. Marwah. 

“We are planning to Provide young people with value-based, attractive and challenging youth program, through competent leaders, effective communication, optimum use of technology and efficient management,” expressed Marwah.
