Noida Film City: “To start with Maldives can invite
cultural troops from India projecting Indian Film music, Dance & Songs and
that can be attraction for people of my country as they love Indian cinema”
said H.E. Ahmed Mohamed High Commissioner of Maldives in India at a joint
meeting of Embassy of Maldives and ICMEI at Noida Film City.
“India can provide a strong training in film
making to the citizens of Maldives so that Maldives can start their own film
production slowly and gradually,” said Sandeep Marwah President of
International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry announcing a
single scholarship from his side to the deserving candidate.
High Commissioner was also invited by the Secretary
General Ashok Tyagi to the entertainment program designed by the students of
Asian School of Media Studies at Marwah Studios.
Renowned Singer and Actor Aroon Bakshi, Ali Sajid
Shakir, Third Secretary Embassy of
Maldives in India, Mrs Ahmed Mohamed and his children were also part of the
cultural program who all were present in the meet.
Later Sandeep Marwah honored High Commissioner Ahmed
Mohamed with the life membership of International Film and Television Club of
AAFT. The event was supported by ICMEI.
