London: The President of Marwah Studios and AAFT School of
Fashion And Design Sandeep Marwah visited London-the capital of international
fashion on a study tour to enhance his knowledge about design industry.
“A tour to London has given me a new knowledge about
international fashion and design- the making, distribution, sales and marketing
of the products. It is very important for the manufacturer to understand the
changing trends in International fashion & design market so that he can
create a strong hold for his products,” said Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT
School of Fashion And Design surveying Oxford, Regent and Bond Streets in
London W1.
“India has grown much bigger in size as far as garment
export is concerned. A large number of manufacturers, designers, cloth
merchants and companies have come into this business. There is a huge internal
market of less expensive clothes in India for one billion people,” added Rajat
Kumar of Pooja International in a meeting in London. He is also on the board of
AAFT School of Fashion And Design.
