New Delhi: “Photographs are the ever-lasting
memories. One picture speaks 1000 words. The best
thing about a picture is that it never changes, even when the people in it do.”
said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and International Chamber of
Media And Entertainment Industry while attending the exhibition of renowned
photographer from Cyprus.
The High Commissioner of the Republic of
Cyprus, H.E. Demetrios A. Theophylactou inaugurated the Photographic Exhibition
“Life in Cyprus through the lens of Socrates Pericleous” on Thursday, 9
November 2017 at Pravasi Bhartiya Kendra.
“Photography
is a way of feeling, way of touching and way of loving. What you have captured
in camera remain forever. It remembers every little thing which probably you
have forgotten with time” Said H.E. Demitrios A Theophylactou while lighting
the lamp of inauguration.
I
will remain indebted to the High Commissioner for inviting me to India and organizing
such a beautiful exhibition for me,” said Socrates Pericleous.
