New Delhi: “!0th March 1991 the first private
film & TV studio of North India started functioning from Noida Film City. It was a great occasion for
the people of North India who were given the platform to come forward in the
field of film and television business” recollected Sandeep Marwah founder of
Noida Film City and Marwah Studios.
“People were not sure of the sustainability of this film
city as many states and cities had announced film city in the country which
never took off earlier. The allotments were made in March 1988 and three years
of time was given to complete infrastructure of the studios.” added Marwah.
“This is our 25th year of solid existence into
the World of Cinema, television and media” said Marwah emotionally. ”This whole
year we will be celebrating the 25th years of our presence in the
most glamorous fields. It has started with a small get together of our staff”
informed Marwah.
