Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of ICMEI and a well-known media personality, signed the MOU on behalf of ICMEI. While addressing the audience, he emphasized the transformative power of travel, quoting, “The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page.” He added, “Tourism is not just about leisure — it is a strong pillar for economic growth, international diplomacy, and above all, cultural unity. Our association with OTA Travel & Tourism Expo 2025 is a step towards building deeper global connections through travel.”
The OTA Travel & Tourism Expo 2025, conceived and founded by Rimjhim Saikia Tatvik, is poised to be one of the largest gatherings of tourism professionals, stakeholders, travel influencers, government representatives, and hospitality leaders. The event will include interactive sessions, keynote speeches, cultural showcases, business-to-business networking opportunities, panel discussions, and immersive tourism experiences. It is expected to attract participation from many countries and numerous Indian states, opening vast possibilities for international partnerships and tourism collaborations.
Dr. Marwah also stated that ICMEI, through its network of cultural forums and international partnerships, will actively promote the Expo among diplomatic missions, tourism boards, educational institutions, and the Indian diaspora worldwide.
