| Dr. Sandeep Marwah Congratulates H.E. Evagoras Vryonides and the People of Cyprus on the Independence Day of Cyprus |
Noida, 1st October 2025 — On the joyous occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Cyprus, Dr.
Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chair for the Indo–Cyprus Film and Cultural Forum, extended his warm greetings to H.E. Evagoras Vryonides, High Commissioner of Cyprus to India, and to the friendly people of Cyprus.
Dr. Marwah conveyed his heartfelt congratulations and emphasized the enduring friendship between India and Cyprus, which continues to grow stronger through shared values of peace, culture, and mutual cooperation.
“India and Cyprus have always enjoyed cordial and meaningful relations,” said Dr. Marwah. “Through the Indo–Cyprus Film and Cultural Forum and my two visits to Cyprus, we have been able to strengthen the bridge of friendship between the two nations, particularly through art, culture, and creative exchange.”
Under his leadership, the Indo–Cyprus Film and Cultural Forum has initiated several programs and collaborations to promote cultural understanding, academic partnerships, and film-related activities, enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries.
Dr. Marwah reiterated his commitment to continue fostering closer ties between India and Cyprus by expanding cooperation in cinema, media, tourism, and education.
