Noida: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) and Chair for the Indo Palau Film and Cultural Forum, extended his heartiest congratulations to Dr. Neeraj A. Sharma, Consul General of Palau to India, and to the people of Palau on the occasion of their Independence Day celebrated on 1st October.
