New Delhi — In a moment of great pride for the global creative and cultural fraternity, H.E. Ms. Annita Demetriou, President of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Cyprus, conferred a prestigious honour upon Dr. Sandeep Marwah, the eleven-times World Record Holder, visionary founder of Noida Film City, Marwah Studios, and AAFT University, and the dynamic Chair of the Indo Cyprus Film and Cultural Forum.
Dr. Marwah was recognised for his outstanding ten-year contribution to the development and promotion of bilateral relations between India and Cyprus, particularly in the domains of art, culture, cinema, and people-to-people diplomacy.
Speaking on the occasion, H.E. Annita Demetriou praised Dr. Marwah’s unwavering dedication to cultural cooperation, calling him “a bridge of goodwill between our two nations, whose creative leadership has significantly enriched Indo-Cyprus relations.” She lauded his international vision and his enduring efforts to foster deeper engagement through films, festivals, student exchanges, and artistic collaborations.
