International Interior Design Exhibition by AAFT Students Inaugurated at Marwah Studios

Noida, India: The vibrant and innovative Interior Design Exhibition presented by the students of the AAFT School of Interior Design was inaugurated with great enthusiasm at Marwah Studios, Noida Film City. The exhibition was formally opened by Mr. Evgeny Antonov from the Embassy of Russia, renowned architect Rajinder Kumar, and other distinguished guests from the fields of architecture, design, education, and diplomacy.

The exhibition displayed an impressive collection of interior design concepts, models, layouts, sustainable design solutions, and creative projects developed by the students. The showcase reflected the professional skills, artistic vision, and innovative thinking of the budding designers and received widespread appreciation from visitors and industry experts alike.

Adding an international dimension to the event, participants and guests from several countries including Sri Lanka, France, Brazil, Russia, India, Egypt, Georgia, DPR Korea, Morocco, Slovenia, and other nations were present, making the exhibition a truly global platform for creative exchange.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of AAFT School of Interior Design and Chancellor of AAFT University, said, “Interior design is not merely about aesthetics; it is about creating functional, sustainable, and inspiring spaces that improve the quality of life. At AAFT, we encourage our students to think globally, innovate fearlessly, and develop designs that respond to the changing needs of society. This exhibition is a reflection of their talent, dedication, and professional preparedness.”

Mr. Evgeny Antonov congratulated the students for their outstanding work and said, “I am delighted to witness such creativity and professionalism among young designers. The exhibition demonstrates a high standard of design education and showcases the potential of these students to contribute significantly to the global design industry. Cultural and educational exchanges such as these further strengthen international understanding and cooperation.”

Renowned architect Rajinder Kumar praised the quality of the projects and remarked, “The concepts displayed here reveal fresh perspectives, technical competence, and a strong understanding of contemporary design principles. It is encouraging to see students exploring innovative solutions while maintaining sensitivity to functionality and sustainability. The future of interior design is certainly in capable hands.”

Inauguration of Exhibition of Still Photography at 10th Global Literary Festival 

Noida, India – October 2024:
 The 10th Global Literary Festival Noida 2024 marked the grand inauguration of an inspiring Exhibition of Still Photography, curated by the students of the AAFT School of Still Photography. Held at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida, the exhibition brought together a large and diverse audience of art lovers, literary figures, and diplomats, celebrating the beauty of photography as an art form.

The exhibition was formally inaugurated by several distinguished guests from the literary and diplomatic communities, including Ms. Priyanka Sharma Kaintura, renowned author; Ms. Neena Wagh, acclaimed playwright, poet, and translator; Ms. Smita Mishra, well-known author; and Her Excellency Mateja Vodeb Ghosh, Ambassador of Slovenia. Joining them were Ms. Ana Doborjginidze, Minister Counsellor from the Embassy of Georgia; Yahya Al Dughaishi, Counsellor, Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman; Ms. Ekaterina Lazareva, Cultural & Educational Attaché, Embassy of Russia; and Mr. Marcos Sperandio, Charge d’Affaires, Embassy of Brazil.

Speaking about the exhibition, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and founder of the Global Literary Festival, expressed his deep appreciation for the art of still photography. “Still photography captures moments in time, freezing emotions and stories within a frame. It allows us to see the world through different perspectives, and I am proud of the creativity and talent displayed by the students of the AAFT School of Still Photography,” said Dr. Marwah.

The exhibition was highly appreciated for its diversity in themes, styles, and techniques, showcasing the students’ ability to evoke powerful narratives through their lenses. A poster to mark respect to Photography under the title ‘Photo Tatav’ was also released. The event was supported by the Asian Academy of Arts, the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), and the Writers Association of India, further promoting the importance of cultural and artistic exchanges.

8th Global Fashion and Design Week Noida 2024: A Spectacular Showcase of International Talent


Noida, India – The 8th Global Fashion and Design Week Noida 2024, under the visionary leadership of Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios, has been hailed as one of the most impressive fashion events in India and the largest ever conducted at any fashion institution worldwide. The event was a grand celebration of creativity, culture, and couture, bringing together talent from across the globe in an unparalleled display of fashion and design excellence.

Over the course of three days, the event featured: 600 Dresses, 100 Designers, 72 Countries Participations, 90 Rounds, 9 Major Shows, 4 Exhibitions, 700 Participants including models, makeup artists, and backstage crews, 7 Coffee Table Books launched

Sandeep Marwah expressed his pride and excitement to a full house of attendees eagerly awaiting the commencement of the 7th show on the third day, stating, “Achieving such a monumental event with three months of preparation is no small feat, but the creativity and dedication displayed here make it all worthwhile.”

The inauguration ceremony was graced by prominent personalities including filmmaker and broadcaster Anoop Bose, Col. J.S Bindra, Hema Paul (Founder of Ehmiyat Foundation), Gaurav Arora (Co-Founder & Director of Market Craft), and Rekha Jha (Social Worker and Poet), who collectively lighted the ceremonial lamp, marking the official start of the event.

The talented designers of AAFT  presented a wide array of garments that beautifully encapsulated the cultural essence of various countries:

Israel: Colorful attire by Kanan and Pranja

In addition to the stunning fashion displays, the event also saw the launch of two significant coffee table books designed by students of fashion communication at AAFT: “Jatin Malik Couture” by Muskan Jain, “Workers Fashion” by Neha Singh These books capture the essence of contemporary fashion and the dynamic creativity of young designers.

The 8th Global Fashion and Design Week Noida 2024 was indeed an international show, setting new benchmarks in the world of fashion and design education. The event not only highlighted the rich tapestry of global cultures but also demonstrated the immense potential and innovation of budding designers from AAFT. This spectacular convergence of art, culture, and fashion will undoubtedly leave an indelible mark on the fashion industry. New Delhi: ICMEI extended its best wishes to the people of Georgia on its National Day celebrated by the Embassy of Georgia at Hotel Shangrila at New Delhi.

“I on behalf of ICMEI- International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry wishes H.E. Archil Dzuliashvili Ambassador of Georgia to India and the people of Georgia a very happy National Day,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chair for Indo Georgia Film And Cultural Forum created recently by the Government of Georgia.

The capital, Tbilisi, is known for the diverse architecture and mazelike, cobblestone streets of its old town.

Noida: A well-known cultural Tycoon Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios has been nominated by the Ambassador of Georgia to India, Government of Georgia as the Chair of Indo Georgian Film And Cultural Forum at the grand function at Noida Film City.

I am pleased and honored to nominate and appoint an internationally known Sandeep Marwah as the Chairperson of Indo Georgian Film And Cultural forum. He is not only well connected to the world of culture but most effective worker. His presence will enhance relations of Georgia with India,” said H.E. Archil Dzulidashvili Ambassador of Georgia to India.

Earlier Ambassador inaugurated formally Indo Georgian Film And Cultural Forum by launching the poster of Indo Georgian Film And Cultural Forum at Marwah Studios.

Noida: H.E. Archil Dzuilidashvili Ambassador of Georgia to India is now Patron to Indo Georgian Film And Cultural Forum recently formed by ICMEI- International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry to promote and develop trade between two countries.
“I am pleased to be the Patron of the organization. I know the dynamism of Sandeep Marwah, this forum is going to wonders in no time,” said H.E. Archil while accepting the patron ship of IGFCF.

 In 2011, Archil was appointed Ambassador of Georgia to the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Arab Republic of Syria. In 2012 he became the first Georgian Ambassador to Tunisia and Libya (with residence in Cairo, Egypt).

In 2011, he was assigned as the first Permanent Observer of Georgia to the African Union and in 2012, he was awarded the status of Permanent Representative of Georgia to the League of Arab States (with residence in Cairo, Egypt).

In 2016, he served as Ambassador at large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and in June 2016 he was appointed as Ambassador of Georgia to the Republic of India, the Kingdom of Thailand, the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. On July 24, 2017, Archil Dzuliashvili was appointed as Ambassador of Georgia to the Republic of Maldives (with residence in New Delhi).

ICMEI Launched Indo Georgia Film And Cultural Forum


Indo Georgia Film And Cultural Forum Launched at AAFT


Noida: The first ever film and cultural forum of Country of Georgia in India was launched here at the International Head quarters of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry.

“I am pleased and honored to inaugurate Indo Georgia Film And Cultural Forum            on this auspicious day of Dhanteras of Indian calendar and  I am sure that we will do   better from today onwards in our relations with India,” said H.E.  Archil Dzuliashvili Ambassador of Georgia to India while releasing the poster of IGFCF at ICMEI at Noida Film City.

“We have achieved a lot today by inaugurating Indo Georgia Film And Cultural Forum. Many ideas are there to execute under this forum including Scholarship to deserving student from Georgia, Festival of films from Georgia, students exchange program, institutional tie ups etc.,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios addressing to the media persons at the launching function.

H.E. Archil Dzuliashvili Ambassador of Georgia to India nominated Sandeep Marwah as the Chair for Indo Georgian Film And Cultural Forum and congratulated him for bringing ICMEI to Georgia. On the other hand Sandeep Marwah requested the Ambassador to be the Patron of the organization.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah presented a life membership of International Film And Television Cub of AAFT to H.E. Archil Dzuliashvili along with memento of patron ship  of IGFCF.

Nana Gaprindashvili Senior Counsellor Embassy of Georgia, Ashok Tyagi Secretary General of the Chamber, Col. Pradeep Gupta Director Journalism ICMEI, Amir Abdullah Director Cinema ICMEI and Sushil Bharti Director Broadcasting were also present there. MSTV and Radio Noida covered the event for the medium.

ICMEI and Embassy of Georgia , Government of Georgia will work together on the subjects and industries like  films, television, media, tourism, hospitality, animation, fashion, design, management, performing arts, environment, skill development and solar energy.
