Great Gala Dinner for Irish Film Festival of India

Gala Dinner at Embassy of Ireland for Delegates of Irish Film Festival

New Delhi: On the successful completion of first Irish Film Festival of India a great gala dinner was organised by the Embassy of Ireland in India hosted by H.E. Brendan Ward Ambassador of Ireland to India to bring more colours to the extravaganza.

We have done it, many people may be still just thinking of organising a festival of films from Ireland, we have already created another IFFI for Delhi. Four films, seminars, and now a wonderful get-together has given a complete look to the new born festival,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Chair for Indo Ireland Film and Cultural Forum.

Large number of film makers including Siraj Zaidi from Ireland, Actor & Writer Atul Tiwari from Mumbai, Actor & Producer Nilesh Malhotra from Mumbai, Actor Megna Malik from Mumbai, Ambassadors and High Commissioners, Diplomats including Deputy Head of Embassy of Cyprus, Ambassador of Argentina, Deputy Head of Embassy of Sweden, Deputy Head from Embassy of Crocia were also present there.

“It was a great show, we have created a property, and I am thankful to Marwah Studios for their untiring cooperation and contribution,” thanked H.E. Brendan Ward Ambassador of Ireland to India.

ICMEI will Soon Launch Indo Ireland Film and Cultural Forum

New Delhi: “India and Ireland both the countries have wonderful relations as far as business and culture are concerned. We are here to develop and promote relation between the people of two countries through art and culture. The best way is to create a platform for people of both the countries to interact on films, television, media, art, culture, tourism, education, and many other related subjects,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and ICMEI on the luncheon meeting with the Ambassador of Ireland.

ICMEI- International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry is the first ever Chamber solely dedicated to media and entertainment Industry with more than hundred International Committees to its account. It was created way back in 2014 to support the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to have best of the relations with every country of the World through art and culture.

“I am very happy to meet Sandeep Marwah and impressed by the activities of ICMEI. We can also plan a committee on Ireland within the chamber to promote more activities,” said H.E. Brendan Ward Ambassador of Ireland to India.
