Mumbai/New Delhi: Renowned actor and film producer Gulshan Grover, popularly known as the “Bad Man” of Bollywood, has been formally invited to grace the prestigious Cine Kind Awards 2026, scheduled to be held on 4th October in Mumbai.

The invitation was extended by Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Chair of the Award Committee of the Film Federation of India (FFI), who personally requested the celebrated actor to be a distinguished part of the national awards ceremony.

Gulshan Grover is one of India’s most accomplished actors, with a remarkable career spanning more than four decades. Having appeared in over 400 films across Hindi and international cinema, he earned the iconic title of the “Bad Man” of Bollywood following his unforgettable antagonist role in the blockbuster Ram Lakhan. The first-ever CINEKIND Awards will be held in Kolkata on December 20, in the esteemed presence of Smt. Maneka Sanjay Gandhi, India’s most influential voice for animal welfare and Chairperson of People for Animals, along with Mr. Firdausul Hasan, President of the Film Federation of India.

CINEKIND marks a transformative milestone for the Indian film industry, placing the spotlight on filmmakers whose work inspires empathy, respect for life, and ethical values through powerful cinematic expression.
