Noida Film City: The second day of 3rd Global
Festival of Journalism 2015 started with a seminar with huge participation. It
was a World Radio Day and everyone spoke on the Radio too.
H.E. Mrs Darja Bavdas Kuret Ambassador of Slovenia in India
inaugurated the seminar. ”Radio has done a commendable revolution in the World.
It has come back for its second innings,” said Kuret.
Padam Sri Shyam Singh Shashi, Master of Community Radio Dr.
Sreedher, Senior journalist Qamar Agha, Arfa Khanam Sherwani, Deputy
Commissioner- Commercial Tax Pankaj Kumar Singh and Journalist & Politician
Shazia Ilmi also spoke on the occasion.
“We celebrate 12th February as International Day
of Journalism, United Nations has declared 13th February as Radio
Day too” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studio and GFJN.
The event was organized by International Journalism Centre
and supported by ICMEI-International Chamber of Media And Entertainment
Industry.
