Noida: The distinguished
guest of 8th Global Film Festival Noida 2015 at Marwah Studio inaugurated an
exhibition of photographs by Aman Chotani on the first day of the festival.
“The exhibition of
photographs has reminded us the importance of still photography in Cinema. On
every occasion we have still photography in our cinema activities write from
muhurat shot to marketing” said Mukesh Bhatt inaugurating the exhibition.
Photographs are the
everlasting memories. One picture is equal to 1000 words said Sandeep Marwah
introducing the department of still photography to the guests present on the occasion.
Mukta Godse renowned film
artist, Donal Bisth television actress and alumni of ASMS, H.E. Milan Hovorka
Ambassador of Czech Republic to India, H.E. Demetrios A. Theophylactou High
Commissioner Cyprus High Commission, Ketan Mehta renowned film director and
festival director Ashok Tyagi were also present there at the inauguration.
Aman
Chotani an alumnus of ASMS is a professional travel and adventure photographer based
in New Delhi He began as an assistant to National Geographic Photographer Louis
Kleynhans and after a year he ventured on out on his own. He quickly began
exploring the world documenting travel, culture, and life and eventually moved
back to New Delhi where he opened his own photographic studio.
