New Delhi: Sur Jhankar Cultural Society celebrated a cultural program and an Award function under the title ‘Choole Aasman’ on the World Environment Day at Awan E Ghalib auditorium at New Delhi.
The biggest
attraction of the program was the performances by the special people who won
the hearts of the audience with their electric performance.
Speaking on the occasion Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah
Studios emphasized on that ‘We Must Do One Good Act A Day’. We must take care
of our surroundings to make our country strong and healthy. Good health means
healthy nation.
The organization bestowed upon Sandeep Marwah Sur Jhankar
Award for organizing 3200 cultural events and attending and motivating around
32000 cultural events in the country.
“I am touched by the gesture extended by the members of Sur
Jhankar. I remember I also used to try hard to be on stage to perform and it
was not easy. I request all the artist to please put your best when you get an
opportunity on stage, sincere efforts will never go waist.
Singer Mamta Srivastava famous for her program Boogie Woogie
conducted the show. Salim Sekh anchored the show and Tammana Musical Group
performed.
