New Delhi: A grand event was
organized by International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry to
present awards to the diplomats and Embassies who all have gone out of way to
promote Hospitality and Tourism business in India.
International seminar and
talks on the promotion of tourism were the agenda of the program followed by
food tasting with number of food stalls from different parts of the country
established there for a day.
The international awards
were presented to H.E H.E. Jorge Juan Castañeda Mendez. Ambassador of Republic Peru to India, H.E. Radhu
Dobre Ambassador of Romania to India, H.E. Dr. Ashraf Shikhaliyev Ambassador of Azerbaijan to India, H.E. Nilesh
Roneel Kumar Charge d’ Affaires of Fiji
in India, H.E.
Jozef Drofenic Ambassador of Republic of
Slovenia to India and Makhatwe E. Mankimane First Secretary of Embassy of Lesotho in New
Delhi..
Every one spike about their
country and expressed through their short films on tourism. People attended the
event from hospitality and tourism industry.
We are proud of our
relationship with countries like Peru, Romania, Slovenia, Fiji, Lesotho and
Romania. Earlier were promoting each other culture through cinema now we are
promoting tourism,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.
