New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep
Marwah President of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry
presented Patronship to H.E. Ricard A Berna Charge d’ Affaires of Embassy of
Panama to India on the formation of new forum at Marwah Studios at Noida Film City.
“Indo Panama Film And
Cultural Forum will further promote the relations between India and Panama
through arts and culture. Panama has lot to offer to the World. This is the
first ever association has been formed in India with ICMEI and I am sure it will
bring the relation to next stage,” said H.E. Ricard A Berna Charge d’ Affaires
of Embassy of Panama to India.
ICMEI- congratulates the
Embassy of Panama on the formation of this new association and happy to work
under the leadership of H.E. Ricard A Berna to develop and promote relation
between two countries,” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI.
Ricard
A Berna is a Postgraduate in Regional Integration from Loyola University,
Córdoba, Spain after his Bachelor Degree in International Relations from Panama
University.
He
has served for almost 14 years in the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Panamá and
has been Director of External Politic, European Department, Asia Department and
Consular Department.
He
has been Part of the Panama Negotiation Team during the Association Agreement
between Central America and the European Union in 2008, Part of the Panamanian
External Services as Diplomat of Career from 2014
He
was appointed Consul in Charge in the General Consulate of Panama in Vancouver
B.C., Canada in 2016 and now Deputy Head of The Mission in Panama Embassy in
India from 2018.
