| Ernest Rwamucyo Patron to Indo Rwanda Cultural Forum |

President of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and Chair for Indo Rwanda Film And Cultural
Forum presented Patronship to H.E. Ernest Rwamucyo High Commissioner of Rwanda
to India in a grand function at Noida Film City.
“It is great pleasure and
honor for all of us to be blessed by the High Commissioner of Rwanda to India H.E.
Ernest Rwamucyo as the Patron of Indo Rwanda Film And Cultural Forum. He will
be a guide and advisor to all of us. We will be able to reach to our goals much
faster under his guidance,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Presenting the memento to
the High Commissioner.

Ernest Rwamucyo is now High
Commissioner of Rwanda to India with additional charge of Sri Lanka and
Bangladesh. Before this He was nominated as High commissioner of Rwanda to the
United Kingdom and Non-Resident Ambassador to Ireland.
Ernest Rwamucyo was earlier Advisor
to Millennium Development Goals under United Nations Development Proramme and before
that he was Director General For Economic Development Planning with Ministry of
Finance and Planning Government of Rwanda.
