New Delhi, March 31, 2024: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, a distinguished international media personality and the visionary founder of Noida Film City, Marwah Studios, and Asian Academy of Film & Television (AAFT), addressed members of Marwah Studios during a joint meeting, highlighting the remarkable achievements of the institution in the field of creative education.
In his address, Dr. Marwah expressed pride in AAFT’s affiliations and recognitions from esteemed bodies such as the Bureau of Indian Standards under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, the Board of Applied Arts and Crafts, the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) under the Ministry of Education, and membership in the Managing Committee of the Media & Entertainment Skill Council under the Ministry of Skill Development. He also announced the institution’s collaboration with the Hindustan Scouts & Guides Association under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Government of India.
“We are privileged to be associated with prestigious organizations that recognize the quality and excellence of education imparted at AAFT,” said Dr. Marwah.
Highlighting some recent achievements, Dr. Marwah revealed that AAFT has set new world records, including being the only creative institution to inaugurate its 120th batch, conducting the largest number of events globally, and producing the largest number of film productions with students among film schools.
“These accomplishments underscore AAFT’s commitment to innovation, excellence, and nurturing creative talent,” Dr. Marwah remarked.
He also noted AAFT’s memberships in key industry associations such as the Film Federation of India (FFI), the Indian Motion Picture Producers Association (IMPPA), and the Cine and Television Artists Association (CINTA), among others, highlighting the institution’s integral role in the Indian media and entertainment landscape.
