Noida, 25th March 2024: In a bid to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of media, students from Delhi Public School Faridabad embarked on an enriching journey to Marwah Studios, facilitated by ICMEI (International Children’s Film Forum) in collaboration with AAFT (Asian Academy of Film and Television).
Led by a spirit of curiosity and a thirst for knowledge, the students were given a first-hand experience of the multifaceted realm of Films, Television, and Media. Sandeep Marwah, the President of Marwah Studios, extended a warm welcome to the eager learners and presented each student with a certificate of appreciation, acknowledging their participation in this educational endeavour.
Reflecting on the significance of such initiatives, Sandeep Marwah emphasized the pivotal role of film and cultural tourism in fostering cross-cultural exchange and promoting global understanding. He proudly shared, “Film and cultural tourism is the most fascinating aspect of our endeavours at Marwah Studios. I am delighted to share that we have successfully attracted more than three million people from 156 countries to Marwah Studios under Film and Cultural Tourism.”
During their visit, the students were engaged in a diverse array of activities, including a tour of Radio Noida 107.4FM, MSTV Studios, and an opportunity to observe live shootings. They also had the privilege of accessing the Film and TV Library, enriching their understanding of cinematic and television history.
Such immersive experiences not only broaden the horizons of young minds but also nurture a deeper appreciation for the art and craft of media production. Through interactions with industry professionals and exposure to real-world scenarios, these school trips serve as invaluable platforms for learning and inspiration.
