Noida Film City: The 19th Global Film Festival Noida 2026 at Marwah Studios, Film City, Noida, became a platform for Dr. Sandeep Marwah to share his expansive vision for the world of creativity, international cooperation, and the growth of India’s media and entertainment industry.

Addressing the distinguished gathering, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder of Noida Film City, President of Marwah Studios, and President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), highlighted the scale of the global creative network developed through his initiatives in media, entertainment, education, art, culture, and international relations.

Dr. Marwah stated that his journey has been guided by a clear purpose: to bring creative professionals from across the world together, build meaningful international partnerships, promote cultural diplomacy, and contribute to India’s progress through the creative industries.

Sharing the achievements of his initiatives, Dr. Marwah referred to 13 World Records, more than 2,000 awards, over 300 international accolades, 98 international cultural forums representing different countries, at least 10 international organizations, eight international festivals, a family of 50,000 creative professionals from 156 countries, 200 international committees, and 543 national committees, brought together under the umbrella of ICMEI and its associated initiatives.

“We are not joking here. We have a purpose, we have aims, and we are working on paths that can take our country to the next level,” Dr. Marwah said. He emphasized that these achievements represent a sustained commitment to building platforms that create opportunities for artists, filmmakers, media professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and cultural ambassadors.

Dr. Marwah added that the strength of the creative industry lies not only in individual achievements but also in the ability to unite people, institutions, and nations around common objectives. He stressed that international cultural forums and professional committees provide opportunities to exchange ideas, develop collaborative projects, encourage investment, and strengthen India’s relationship with the global creative community.

He further explained that cinema, television, journalism, digital media, animation, music, fashion, design, performing arts, and media education have enormous potential to generate employment, develop skills, promote tourism, and enhance India’s soft power. According to him, the next phase of growth must focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, international standards, and the creation of opportunities for young talent.

Dr. Marwah also highlighted the significance of the Global Film Festival Noida as an international meeting point for filmmakers, diplomats, actors, artists, students, and media professionals. Such platforms, he said, allow creative minds to move beyond geographical boundaries and work together towards a more connected and culturally enriched world.
