India Will Be Hub Centre For Film Shootings-Sandeep Marwah

New Delhi:19th July.“There is a huge challenge before the film industry to prove and to convert India as the hub centre for the film shootings from all over the World” said Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios and Chairperson Entertainment And Media Committee PHD Chamber of Commerce while conducting the National Seminar in New Delhi after observing one minute silence for the peace of departed soul of legend Rajesh Khanna. “We are bringing in many changes in our day to day conduct in the organizations related to film business” explained Vinod Lamba President of Film Federation Of India, the Apex body of Indian Film Industry. “We are going to support every cause of entertainment industry to promote to the highest level” said Suman Jyoti Khaitan Senior Vice President PHD in his opening remarks. Documentary film maker Pankaj Butalia, Commercial film maker Ashok Tyagi, British film maker Peter Wobster presented their point of views to the jam packed auditorium full of enthusiastic film, TV and media persons. Nirupama Kotru explained that 90 percent of the film business is in the hands of private people therefore government is more of a facilitator than operator. Susmita Shekar Secretary General PHD paid vote of thanks to all the participants for being part of the seminar generating new ideas.
