23rd March: "Please accept my greetings on the occasion of the
National Day of Pakistan. India remains committed to peaceful, friendly and
cooperative relations with Pakistan. I am of the firm conviction that our
cooperation will lead to progress and prosperity in our region," said
Sandeep Marwah, President of International Chamber of Media and Entertainment
Industry (ICMEI).
Pakistan observes its National Day on March 23, to mark the
anniversary of the resolution for Pakistan at the Muslim League's Lahore
meeting in 1940 and acceptance of its constitution in 1956. Sandeep Marwah also
extended personal best wishes to His Excellency
Mr. Abdul Basit, High Commissioner of Pakistan to India.
