“A committee under the name
and banner of Indo Philippines Cultural Forum can be framed in shortest period
of time and can offer scholarship, film shootings, joint ventures etc.,” said
Ashok Tyagi Secretary General of ICMEI. The meeting was attended by the senior
officers of the mission.
