NAI Silver Jubilee Celebration at New Delhi |
New Delhi: Newspapers Association of India celebrated its
silver jubilee with great pomp and show at the convention hall of NDMC at New
Delhi.
The event started with the powerful speech by Sandeep Marwah
patron of the organization and followed by the introduction and report of works
by the General Secretary Vipin Gaur.
The management of NAI honored this time six families of the
armed forces who all have shed their lives for the nation. “We are honored to
honor these most important people of our country who have lost their men in
uniform for the protection of our nation,” said Sandeep Marwah.
Manoj Tewari Member Parliament and Head Bhartiya Janata
Party Delhi State presented the memento and cheques to the family members of
departed souls.
“We all are working for the nation but the contribution
given by these families cannot be expressed in words. It is the highest level
of involvement,” added Manoj Tewari while talking to the audience in a jam-packed
auditorium. A special salute was given to all the families present there.
