Dr. Chinar Tadjievna Rustamova then the Cultural Councillor & Charge d’ Affairs of Embassy of Turkmenistan in India during the on going celebration of the 50th anniversary of Bairam Khan. A documentary film on Turkmenistan made by AAFTian Gulshan Dang was also released on the same day recollected Dr. Sandeep Marwah.
