AAFT Celebrated National Education Day |
Noida: “Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today Education gives us an understanding of the world around us and offers us an opportunity to use that knowledge wisely. Irrespective of race, creed, and gender, education makes it possible for people to stand out as equal with all the other persons from different walks of life. Overall, education is the platform that makes it possible to defeat all barriers,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts at a webinar addressing large number of students from all over India on the occasion of National Education Day falls on 11th November.
National Education Day is an annual observance in India to commemorate the birth anniversary of Maulana Nooh, the first education Minister of independent India, who served from 15 August 1947 until 2 February 1958. National Education Day of India is celebrated on November every year. The day is also seen as an occasion to remember Azad’s contribution in laying the foundations of the education system in an independent India, and evaluating and improving the country’s current performance in the field.
