Noida: “A recipe has no soul. You, as the cook, must bring soul to the recipe. Food has a culture. It has a history. It has a story. It has relationships. Food is symbolic of love when words are inadequate. I know once people get connected to real food, they never change back,” said Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios at the inauguration of Food Festival organised by AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism.
“Food brings people together on many different levels. It’s nourishment of the soul and body; it’s truly love. If you really want to make a friend, go to someone’s house and eat with him, the people who give you their food give you their heart,” added Sandeep Marwah while tasting different food items at different stalls created by the students of the school.
Later Nitin Poddar Head of AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism introduced all the winners of the School to Sandeep Marwah who presented them with certificate of achievements. The students of AAFT School of Health and Wellness gave a fantastic yoga presentation on this occasion. The event was supported by Prithvi Yoga Centre & National Federation of Tourism and Transport Cooperatives of India Limited.
