Noida: “Vallabhbhai Jhaverbhai Patel commonly known as Sardar, was an Indian lawyer, influential political leader, barrister, and statesman who served as the first Deputy Prime Minister and also the first Home Minister of India from 1947 to 1950. He was a barrister and a senior leader of the Indian National Congress , who played a leading role in the country’s struggle for Independence and guiding its integration into a united, independent nation,” informed Sandeep Marwah Chairman of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Forum in a grand function organised by Marwah Studios 0n 31st October to celebrate Sardar’s Jyanti.
“I have been a product of Sardar Patel Vidyalaya and have lived him for eleven years of my childhood. There is so much to learn from this single personality, his biography can change your thinking process,” added Sandeep Marwah.
Number of dignitaries were present on the occasion who all expressed their views on Sardar’s extraordinary contribution to the nation and its independence. A poster was launched to mark respect to Sardar Patel.
