Panjim: “There is a need to gather all the media persons, media houses who all are dealing in social media so that a federation can be created for their benefit and welfare. They all are still working in a very haphazard manner, they all need to be streamlined at National level,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah founder of Noida Film City & President of Marwah Studios while replying to the question asked by local media.
“We need to set some rules, some basic education, some experience in journalism, some identification so that media person should not forget their responsibility towards society. I am happy that Dr. Nixan Thottan of DNMCI-Digital News and Media Council of India has taken this responsibility to bring, if not all, at least many people to come under one roof to discuss the matter,” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah during his stay at Hotel Taj Village at Goa.
Later Dr. Nixan Thottan briefed Dr. Sandeep Marwah about the organisation and its activities. Twenty-Eight states and five Union Territories will have state offices & heads for which selection process is on. Dr. Nixan was companied by Shashi Kumar.
