Noida: – Marwah Studios Film City in Noida became the vibrant host of the fifth World Food Safety Day (WFSD) celebration which falls on June 7. This event aimed to raise awareness and inspire collective action towards preventing, detecting, and managing foodborne risks. By addressing food safety concerns, the initiative contributes to various aspects such as food security, human health, economic prosperity, agricultural production, market access, tourism, and sustainable development.
The occasion witnessed the presence of esteemed individuals, including Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and AAFT School of Health and Wellness, who emphasized the significance of vegetarianism. Dr. Marwah stressed, “Health is Wealth,” highlighting that a healthy citizen is the foundation of a healthy nation. He emphasized that consuming quality food plays a pivotal role in preventing numerous health hazards and illnesses.
Dr. Raghunath Nair, representing Sanjivini Life Care Village, Cochin, and Lt. Gen Anil Malik, along with motivational speaker Abraham Paul, were also part of the discussion, sharing valuable insights on food safety and its vital implications for individuals and communities.
