| AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism in Association with ICMEI Presents Cuisine from Comoros at 11th Global Literary Festival Noida |
Noida: The AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism, in collaboration with the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), showcased the unique and vibrant culinary traditions of Comoros during the 11th Global Literary Festival Noida 2025 at Marwah Studios, Film City.
The special cultural presentation was inaugurated by Cdr. K L Ganju, Honorary Consul General of the Union of Comoros to India, who expressed his delight at the event and emphasized the importance of culinary diplomacy in strengthening cultural and international relations.
Speaking at the occasion, Cdr. K L Ganju said, “Food is a universal language that connects people across borders. The cuisines of Comoros reflect our history, traditions, and warmth, and it is a pleasure to share this with friends in India.”
Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chair of the Indo-Comoros Film and Cultural Forum, highlighted the significance of such initiatives, stating, “Through cultural exchange and events like this, we celebrate the diversity of nations and foster friendship between India and Comoros. Culinary traditions are a gateway to understanding a country’s heritage, and we are proud to host this presentation.”
The event was attended by dignitaries, faculty, students, and international delegates, making it a memorable celebration of culture, cuisine, and international camaraderie during the literary festival.
