The initiative was launched under the guidance of Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Founder of AAFT, who emphasized the importance of legal literacy in the media and entertainment industry. “Understanding media laws is essential for every media professional to ensure responsible and ethical communication. This knowledge empowers our educators to train the next generation of creative professionals more effectively,” said Dr. Marwah.

Senior Advocate Prithvi Raj Sikka shared deep insights into copyright and intellectual property rights, explaining the evolving legal challenges in the digital age.

Advocate Girish Buttan discussed content regulations and broadcasting norms, stressing the importance of compliance in journalism and entertainment production.

Advocate Anu Bagai elaborated on the rights and responsibilities of media institutions and the legal implications of digital content creation and distribution.

The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer segment, where faculty members engaged actively with the speakers to gain practical understanding of complex media law issues.
