| ICMEI Extends Greetings to Azerbaijan on Independence Day |
Noida: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) and Chair for the Indo Azerbaijan Film and Cultural Forum (IAFCF), extended his heartiest congratulations to H.E. Mr. Elchin Nariman Oglu Huseynli, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to India, and to the people of Azerbaijan on the auspicious occasion of their Independence Day, celebrated on 18th October.
Dr. Marwah, in his message, highlighted the strong and growing relationship between India and Azerbaijan, particularly in the fields of trade, art, and culture. He shared his pleasant memories of visiting Azerbaijan and commended the country’s cultural vibrancy and progressive outlook.
He further emphasized that the Indo Azerbaijan Film and Cultural Forum, under the aegis of ICMEI, has been actively promoting bilateral relations through film, media, and cultural exchanges, creating a deeper understanding between the people of both nations.
“The friendship between India and Azerbaijan continues to grow stronger each year. Through cultural diplomacy and people-to-people connect, we are bringing both nations closer,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah.
The ICMEI has been instrumental in building bridges of friendship with several countries by creating dedicated forums that encourage collaborations in cinema, education, tourism, and creative arts—the Indo Azerbaijan Film and Cultural Forum being one of its vibrant initiatives.
