Iranian Delegation Visits Marwah Studios to Strengthen Indo–Iran Cultural Cooperation

Noida, India A distinguished delegation from the Islamic Republic of Iran visited Marwah Studios with the objective of strengthening and expanding bilateral relations between India and Iran through cinema, media, art, and culture. The visit marked another significant step under the banner of the Indo–Iran Film and Cultural Forum, aimed at fostering people-to-people connections and creative collaboration between the two nations.

The visiting delegation comprised eminent professionals from diverse creative and knowledge domains, including Fatima Rouhikiya, Data Scientist; Kimia Rouhikiya, Digital Marketing Specialist; Shabnam Taliby, Fashion Artist; and Dr. Leila Mostofi of Lilly Centre, Iran, who also led the delegation.

Welcoming the guests, Dr Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chair of the Indo–Iran Film and Cultural Forum, emphasized the growing importance of cultural diplomacy in today’s interconnected world. He stated that India and Iran share a rich civilizational heritage, and platforms like cinema, media, art, and culture provide powerful means to deepen mutual understanding and long-term cooperation.

Dr Marwah highlighted the role of Marwah Studios and its academic and cultural institutions in building global bridges through creative exchange, joint programs, festivals, workshops, and educational collaborations. He reaffirmed ICMEI and Marwah Studios’ commitment to working closely with Iranian artists, professionals, and institutions to promote shared cultural values and collaborative projects.

Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Group Leader Dr Leila Mostofi expressed her appreciation for the warm reception and the visionary work being carried out at Marwah Studios. She noted that the visit opened new avenues for cooperation in art, culture, fashion, digital media, and knowledge exchange, and underlined Iran’s keen interest in engaging with Indian institutions for joint cultural and creative initiatives.

The visit concluded with interactive discussions on future collaborations, reaffirming the shared resolve of both sides to strengthen Indo–Iran relations through sustained cultural engagement and creative partnership.
